My preschoolers enjoy taking turns and working together to complete this puzzle. They also enjoy working on it by themselves. Each child has a great deal of pride when it is finished.

as with the other M&D puzzles, this one resists being walked on and chewed on by my 3 and 1 year olds. My three year old likes fire trucks and he likes puzzles, he also acts like every time he puts it together is the first time he noticed the dalmatian in the back window. I highly recommend this puzzle.

My 2 year old loves this puzzle. The puzzle is big, but she loves to see the train grow across the room. It's very durable, and she has learned both animals and her letters and can do the puzzle now by herself at 2.5.

Our 3-year old granson loves puzzles. As usual, this Melissa and Doug puzzle if durable and educational.

My daugther is into anything to do with princesses so when I saw this Castle Puzzle, I knew that she would love it. My main concern upon purchasing it was that it would be too difficult for her to put together. However, she was able to put it together by herself the first time. The pieces are big and sturdy. The puzzle takes up a lot of room so be sure to clear a lot of floor space or that there is plenty of room on the table when assembling. Great Puzzle Overall!

This was the first Melissa and Doug toy I bought for my 3 year old. I was very pleased that she mastered it by herself after us only working on it with her 1 time. The pieces are large and durable. They go together easily and the colors are bright. Each piece is very recognizable as to where it goes, no ambiguous pieces. The puzzle is not square so it did not give me the opportunity to teach her about starting with the edge pieces, but she just starts with the animal piece she finds first and builds. This puzzle just reminded me once again that I underestimate her abilities at such a young age!

We got this one when Jack was 3, he loves putting it together as much as he loves taking it apart..pieces fly everywhere and still looks new !! Great puzzle, beautiful colors !!

Our 3 1/2 year old daughter loves this puzzle. It's a nice large size with large pieces that fit together easily. This adds to our daughter's sense of accomplishment, and she enjoys the new challenge of a large round puzzle. Now she puts it together by herself and when she's done, we then discuss the different cultures of the children holding hands. This really adds more value and more time spent using this verses other puzzles.

We have a 5-year old and a 4-year old, so finding games, puzzles and activities that the whole family can enjoy together is very important to us. This floor puzzle is large enough we can all enjoy it together.

We own more than 25 jigsaw puzzles, including 4 floor puzzles from Melissa and Doug. This 100-piece puzzle is large, so it is easy for both of our children to handle the pieces.

Our kids have learned a lot of vocabulary from this puzzle, too. The sea animals are vivid and bright.

Of all the jigsaw puzzles we own, Melissa and Doug puzzles are the most durable.
