We bought this game for our son on his 6th birthday. He had a pirate themed party. It's an easy game to grasp - Hide-n-seek and hot/cold. When you get warm and the X changes to yellow you are really warm. You almost have to be on top of it for it to change to red (hot). It's a fun game though. He likes it more when he hides it and mommy and daddy have to find it. I can see the novelty wearing off soon, but it's been fun.

turns out after 2 hours of messing around my cordless phone was making me think this product was defective. although not impressed with the video quality of the IR Camera this still is a very cool toy i wish was around when i was a kid.

Pro- very cool concept

Con- takes AA batteries (and a lot of them) come on how long have we had rechargeable batteries?

I bought one for my son at 5 yrs and he still loves it at 6.5 yrs - they no longer sell them in NZ but I so wanted one for my 5 yr old nephew that I was glad to find them on Amazon!

Wild Planet Spy Gear® Micro Spy Kit-X2

My kids dressed up as spy kids for Halloween this year. This kit was a great addition to their costume plus a lot of fun for them in regular play! Everything worked, but it's not super durable so not designed for very young kids. For my kids though, it was perfect!

With these on, you are the complete opposite of a spy, they are so big that you look like a big robotic bug. The headpiece is too small, and the goggles are green. You can't see anything! The battery case is hard to open, and on top of that, the batteries run out really fast! I'd recommend this as a book light or for your kids that are scared of the dark. This is probably one of the Spy Gear company's WORST toys.

I think this toy is very cool. If you want to be a spy this bad you have found the jackpot. But just becareful their are parts of the spy pen that could get lost. So, if you want to be a spy.....BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this toy is very cool. If you want to be a spy this bad you have found the jackpot. But just becareful their are parts of the spy pen that could get lost. So, if you want to be a spy.....BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spy-glass was an authentic looking toy for kids 10yrs and under.
Adults were surprised I found such a great looking toy. Looking through the spy-glass seemed blury; but that's because the magnification really worked! My 4yr old nephew was thrilled with the flashlight; but adults like myself found the bright red beam to be too much for the eyes. I'd recommend this toy for any little Pirate.

Given all the negative reviews on this item, I was hesitant to purchase it for my daughter. However, as my wife pointed out it was one of the few things that she specifically asked to get for Christmas.

To my delight and my daughter's it's been a great bank! She figured out how to reprogram the security code on her own (she's 7) and has been quite happy that her little brother can't figure out how to get into the bank and that the alarm sounds when he tries. She's even reprogrammed it again after I figured out her original code. She's quite happy that her valuables are now safe and secure from prying eyes.

The only problem she had was the bank wouldn't open the other day. New batteries quickly fixed that problem. ... Read More:
