I've purchased the regular silver KK a while back and love them. I thought the new colored ones would be fun to have, too. I don't know if they've changed all their loop caps or just the ones for the colored KK, but they no longer have the grooves around the outside, so when you're trying to get the cap off and the bottle is wet, it's very hard to do. Other than that, I have no complaints and wish more people would consider switching over to save plastic.

I'm 6'4" and I have no problem using this. My elbows do interfere a little with the door jams when doing wide grip pull-ups, but I actually find that somewhat useful, since it makes me keep both arms in the same positon.

I can see how if you are one of the people who likes to fly through your pull-ups you could damage the door frame, but if you are like me and do them slow and controlled, you shouldn't sracth or put a crack anywhere on the door frame.

I haven't found it much better for sit-ups, than just sticking my feet under my bed frame, but that is just simply b/c I don't really have a good doorway for it. All the doorways in my house have walls right on one side keeing me from doing a sit-up properly.

I purchased the 1 Liter (black) water bottle recently. It is the best water bottle I have ever had. I had come from using your run of the mill Nalgene bottle which I was disatisfied with because I always spilled water on me and it wasn't BPA free. I decided to try something different and after scouring Amazon I picked this one and I couldn't be more pleased. The person(s) who designed this are geniuses. I love not having to tip the water bottle up to drink out of it. All I have to do is flip the valve up and sip. As a Detention Deputy at a County Jail, I started working a new "Post that requires me to escort inmates & professional visitors through out my Division. As it turns out, what we figured was "a lot of walking" turned out to be 7.5 to 9.0 miles per 12 hour shift.
I have enjoyed the ease of programming the parameters of the Omron Pocket Pedometer, and I recommend this product highly to anyone who is serious about quantifying their walking workouts.

easily can add ice cubes and lets you have filtered water from home and not add to land fills--not to mention saves money since you're aren't buying cases of water bottles

Omron HJ-720ITC Pocket Pedometer with Advanced Omron Health Management Software

This is a great pedometer. The software is wonderful and shows alot of details. In order for the pedometer to register aerobic steps, it does take at least 15 to 30 minutes of aerobic work-out before it starts counting aerobic steps so that can be misleading. Otherwise, great product.

I use the perfect pushups a couple times a week. When I can't work out because of time constraints or life gets in the way, I pull out the pushups and it compensates. I am 55 years old and after a few weeks my chest, shoulders, arms show a remarkable differance. Really, I'm not kidding. I highly recommend the perfect pushups.

The product arrived very quickly. At the time of ordering, I cannot say that I paid attention to whether or not it was supposed to come with the books and nutrition guide. I figured P90X was P90X and it would come with what it was known to be. The nutrition guideline and workout guidelines are a very important part of the program.

Not only did the product arrive with ZERO literature, it arrived with inferior recorded DVDs. Half, if not most of the DVDs have some glitch in them, making them a pain to watch. Some have the screen go blank for several seconds, others have the image digitize and tweak for periods of time. The final DVD (ad ripper X) is almost unwatchable from beginning to end. It is constantly tweaking and going blank.

I'm a complete yoga novice who just started classes and needed a mat. After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase this mat based on the number of happy customers and the low price. I liked the wide range of colors and the inexpensive mat bag offered by the same company. So far, I'm very satisfied with the quality, size, degree of stickiness, but my only small complaint is that the mat is very stinky. After unpacking it, I did hang it outside for a week, then I washed it with lavender liquid soap and rinsed it with a hose. When it dried, the smell seemed to be gone but when I unrolled it at my first class, that plasticy smell was back!
