I consider myself pretty techie but this software is hard to use. I see a recipe I'd like to add to my menu plan and I have to go out of the cookbook and back into the menu plan and add it. I'm not expecting drag and drop (although how cool would that be?) but tedious to build a plan. Then menu plan vs. meal plan and confusing term swaps. It also wants to add ingredients in it's own way--making me tab through to add things the way I want (cheese in ounces vs. slices). Maybe I didn't study it enough but I've just been very challenged in using it so far. I'm sticking with my pencil and paper and xerox copies of recipes I like!

I'm sure this product is fine IF it actually works! Upon inserting the CD, I received an error message saying that some EXE file was missing. That was just the start of the problems! I tried multiple times to get on-line help from their live chat and never made it past #5 in the queue. Even when I got in the queue at the start of business, I never got anyone to come on-line with me by the end of business! Several emails sent to their "help desk" for different problems resulted in identical responses, which didn't fix them. The technical support option on their phone support only directed me back to their on-line live chat and then went to a busy signal. Sid Meiers Civilization IV Beyond the Sword

I bought this enhancement after installing Leopard on my Mac. (Beyond the Sword is not available for Mac). It has great new features, that bring further layers of complexity into the game, like Espionage, Corporations, and the diplomatic use of the Apostolic Palace.
If you have played Civilization IV before, I certainly recommend buying this add-on. If you haven't, you will probably want to wait until you have an understanding of how the game works: the plain vanilla version of the game is complicated and addicting enough by itself.

Quicken Premier 2009

I had used Quicken until 2006 and it worked well then. Bought Premier 2009 and paid full price for it.

Installation appeared to be all right but the program kept crashing every time I used the password vault. Called quicken support multiple times and spent at least 10 hours, and finally it was I who figured out the solution. The password vault was crashing because the password for one of my credit cards was too long and it caused the program to crash. Now I cannot use the keyboard to move between transactions, whether using the tab or enter button. Spent another 5 hours with customer support and they found no solution.

The Logitech G25 is nothing short of incredible. Right from the box you realize that unlike other wheels, it is a leather wrapped, metal wheel. Right away, it gives a better sense of realism than most wheels. It takes only a few minutes to set up and plug in, and before long you will be addicted to the simplest of racing games all over again.

Before you buy, you will want to make sure you have a sturdy place to mount it. The force feedback is not rip your arm off strong, but it is enough to shake and break flimsy desk like mine to bits. You will also need to consider a spot for the 6 speed shifter, because whether you use it or not, all of the buttons but 2 are located on it. Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Premier Edition

The latest addition to the Command and Conquer franchise, Red Alert 3 truly lives up to it's predecessors... keeping even truer to the games original feel than even Red Alert 2. The addition of a third "Rising Sun" campaign adds a great deal of play value to the game. I think one of the greatest advances with the game is the addition of making all campaigns Co-op, this has added so much replay value to the game it's hard to describe, playing through with friends online against comps on the hardest difficulty settings has brought about great mirth and merriment to all I have played it with.

When I bought this game I had already played once on x-box and beat it like 10 times, But I had recently sold my x-box and got this game. Not knowing it had soooooo many game flaw and bugs. I meet the requirements of the game and it doesn't run well, then when it does it doesn't run with a picture. I was going to return this but I had opened the package. All I have to say is do your research and Buyer Beware!!!

The Sims 2: Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff

The stuff packs always have exciting new items to help upgrade and diversify.
The new pjs, bathrobes, etc were a nice touch. The bathroom fixtures are more realistic to what I've actually seen around. Plus, it's nice being able to create different looks for each Sim family. I really liked the new items available for the kitchen.
Not a disappointing stuff pack.
