This product is awesome. It really works. Just make sure that if you have 2 dogs, to get 2 collars. I didn't and every time the other dog barked, the poor dog with the collar got sprayed since it's sound activated. Live and learn!

We recently ordered this heatpad for our outdoor stray cat that adopted us recently. We wanted to find a way to keep him warm through the cold nights outside (temps get down in the 30s and high 20s). We generally heat it up at about 10pm and when we check on Chip around 7 or 8 am, the pad is still somewhat warm. He likes to sleep on it. We use the cover that came with the heatpad and put it under a blanket and he lays on top of the blanket. We are really happy with this item. I highly recommend it, especially since all you do is heat it in the microwave and it's not electrical.

I have used this for years without a problem, but I believe that they have changed the formula, because it quit working a few months ago when I bought my new batch. My vet said that they have gotten a lot of similar complaints, and that long time users have switched to other products. I am now using Advantix which works great, and also is supposed to repel mosquitoes, but there have been some cases where Advantix causes a skin reaction in some dogs, so you might want to try a single dose before buying an entire package.

I wonder if these mail order purchases are old stock from before a possible formula change.

I recently adopted a buff colored puppy(looks like a matli-poo) and brought him home at about 8 weeks. His eyes were already stained and I could tell it would be a problem. Through research I decided to try this product. I started him on it mid-Sept. In the beginning I followed the instructions faithfully but after reading other reviews and seeing that others lessened the amount I tried that approach. So since October I have been giving him the recommended dose for his size two to three times a week instead of every day and his eyes are completely clear. I have a German Shepherd who although does not have Hip displaysia yet , has a very shallow hip socket and does have some pain (only 2 years old) I was putting the powder on his food every day until we decided to try the chewables and wow, he loves them and thinks of it as a treat!

This is absolutely the best litter box I have ever had, and I've used everything from your standard box and scoop to an electronic one with a motion sensor that cleans automatically! This is easy to use, works perfectly, and has made cleaning the litter box less of a chore. My cat likes it too, because I now clean it more often!

The 10 pound model is the newer one and programming is so easy that you dont need to read any manual. I think most people who are complaining about programming are providing feedback for the 5 pound model which I agree is a pain in the S. It took me over 20 minutes to figure out the programming of the 5 pound model while at the same time consulting the manual over and over. With only $10 dollar difference between 5 and 10 pound models, I would highly recommend the 10 pound model. The 10 pound model allows to have differnt meal portions for every meal whereas with the 5 pound one, you can only set one meal portion for all meals.

My Husband came home with a shock collar for a Golden Retriever!! We did'nt have the heart to put it on!! Saw this device and decided to purchase! Our neighbors all have dogs and our golden is always barking around the perimeter of the fence.Our golden has NOT BARKED. He HATES it!!!However, we dog sit our friends Irish Water dog, this device doe not work with him. We're still in early stages (1 week in use) I still feel bad for our Golden. Now I am having to drag him outside and if another dog Barks it sets the device off and my golden starts scratching at the Door. It does work and like with people, All Breeds handle things differently. GOOD LUCK!
