It says battery retail package, and it is just a battery. The word package should be removed as well as the picture containing the extra spray, as it's not included.

I was so skeptical that this would work for me. I have a crazy 2 year old golden retriever (70 pounds). I tried to bike while holding his leash...it was a disaster. So I tried this Walky Dog, and now we bike every day. I don't know why it works, frankly, because it seems like he should be able to wreck us pretty easily. but no, it's awesome. you have to make sure you realllly tighten the clamp, and I found that it's much better if I use his harness. when i clipped it to his collar, he almost choked himself trying to run. But after we figured out the harness, he can run full blast next to the bike, slows down when i brake. the only challenge we still have is taking sharp turns. Brilliant! It does everything a dog tag does, except... you need a computer to read it. Stores all the information that's in a microchip, except... can be removed by someone who doesn't want your dog to be found. By combining the worst features of both, this item won the Rube Goldberg Gratuitous Use of Technology Award for 2007. Okay, to be fair, this is useful if you move on a regular basis and don't want to buy new tags all the time. For those who fall under that category, I hope you both enjoy it.

Good product and suits my purpose. I think a pinch collar or choke chain still works better in controllin a dog though. Other reviewers said they found thye could control their dog better with this, I found this not to be true. I use it to attach to the Walky Dog when we go biking. Also, I put the harness on my dog backwards to have the O ring on the top where I need it. My dog is about 65 pounds and it hasn't broken yet even with some sever pulling.

I love these bags and holder. It makes cleaning up after my dogs so much easier. I just hooked it right on to my leash.

Both my trainer and my vet recommend this product. I have had good luck with this product with both a 62-lb retriever and an 18-lb beagle. I need them to walk quietly by my side as I am training them to hopefully be therapy dogs. This device helps me bring their attention back to me. They don't like it, because I'm now in charge, not them, but it doesn't hurt them. They would rather go chase after the squirrel, but now they can't pull me with them when they catch the scent. I wouldn't be able to walk them with out this as I'm only 5'3 and would have a hard time controlling one of my dogs much less both of them at once. I got this light for my 25 lb. dog and it works great. It has an easy clasp that I can snap on and off him with one hand and it's not too heavy for him. I can also angle the light to make it shine straight ahead or the ground in front of him. I angle it down because others have said the light is really bright! Batteries are not included (it takes 2 AAA) and at $20 it's a little too expensive. High quality flashlights and bike lights with halogen are similarly priced and this doesn't even have different settings (blinking, etc), it's just on or off. Also, the plastic backing has a cheap feel and is not waterproof like other lights in this price range. Otherwise, a very nice light.

These are great because they biodegrade and I use up to 3 a day. That is alot of trash, so at least it helps a little.
