It works well, but there are no instructions included, which makes it difficult to give as a gift. Also, couldn't find a description of the difference between the regular and pro models.

I have my guage installed for about 3 mo. now. It worked fine for most of that time, than the problems started. At first it would restrict the gas flow to the grill, to the point where I would only get a tiny flame even when it was turned on high.This was sparatic some times it would work fine. Next I did not get any flame at all, and the guage read empty. I was about to take the tank to be recharged, until I lifted it and it was heavy. I put it on the bathroom scale and sure enough it was way over the empty tank weight. If I fool with the valve,it will start working again.If I knew it was going to be this unreliabe I never would have bought it. Weber 386002 Q-100 Portable Gas Grill

I've had the BabyQ for just under two years. Regulator quit working. Called Weber Customer Service after recorded message played I waited about 12 seconds and a real LIVE person was on the line with me and she spoke ENGLISH! Replacement was sent and was received within 7 days.

How come some companies get 'customer service' and others don't have a clue?

Buy Weber, you can't go wrong.

Oregon Scientific AW129 Wireless BBQ Thermometer with Probe Thermometer and Remote

I bought two of these and both are broken. If the cable touches the sides of the grill lid while cooking it will burn the inside of the cable and stop working.

I called for an replacement and was told it would cost as much as a whole new unit.. Thanks but no thanks I have learned from their mistake..

This product does not work, I tried this unit on small spiders (less than an 1/8" in size)and they just crouched down. The unit could not suck them up, and I'm really trying to get spiders double their size.

First of all, I don't like chainsaws. So, I was excited to learn of this product. It works as advertised and makes me feel much safer during its use. I would recommend this product for those who want to get work done that until now has been strictly the domain of the chainsaw.

I purchased 3 sets of these lights to use as uplighting around the front of my home. I am impressed with the amount of light that these put out and how easy they are to install. Not enough to "shine" through the windows to disturb the darkness but a nice glow to illuminate the landscape. I am going to order 2 more sets for each side, they look kind of bare compared to the front. They are in no way as bright as the electic powered lights but they are just as pretty. I put them out today and a couple of my neighbors approched me this evening and asked me "who did your lighting"...
