I have had a couple of these for several years, one got broken and have been looking for them in retail stores, to no avail... and the price was at least 2 to 3 times more. I love to watch the birds as they feed, we have Cardinals, Finches, Chickadees, Titmice to name a few... they seem to like this feeder.Our grandkids love to watch them too! So I bought a couple of extras for them... great item..

This product is not perfect. It is largely plastic, and prone to breakage if you use it as though it is of the old, all-metal construction. In fact, between the time we took delivery on our second unit and my dropping the first at the dump, we had to cannibalize a part from the prior unit. That said, we prefer an electric model, and when used judiciously it will plow through and handle long, thick grass and mulch up leaves, to boot. Just be sure not to run it over hard objects, which one shouldn't do in any case, but the plastic construction really comes clear when you might do so. My powerwasher came with a broker water line. Called Amazon about the problem and they sent me a new powerwasher that was delivered the very next day. The new unit worked flawlessly. My concrete sidewalks and patio turn black. This 1800PSI unit cleaned my walks and patio slicker than a whistle. When not in use you can store the hose on it's wind up caddy. What a good value this powerwasher is. I would recommend this unit and would buy it again. You can't beat doing business with Amazon.com. Two thumbs up.

Power adaptors for 65w notebooks can need more than 150w when the notebook need a lot of energy, e.g. with 100% of processor(s) use.

But this device can offer 135w of constant energy. 175w is just the peak power and really not true.

Do not use with batteries that offer low current levels. As a 12v to 110v transformer, it will need 9 times more current in the 12v input than the device need.

Besides that it is really portable and will power netbooks finely.

When I first received this Anemometer the battery was dead. I replaced the battery with new one and it worked fine. Turned it off and put it away. A few days latter I took it out to use it again and the battery was dead again. I found out there is a drain on the battery when the unit is off. So now I pull the battery out when I put it away. When I put the battery back in to use it, the unit will not power up with out fooling around with it for several minutes. It's too much work so now it's back in the box and in a drawer. This works fine when working but, I would find a different unit that is more reliable.

I'm a big fan of the 18volt B&D line - have their regular hedge trimmer, the extended trimmer, the pole saw, the chainsaw, blower, and several others. I've always wanted one of the Alligator cutters since it came out, but the fact that it was corded held me back. Most of the time, the time and hassle of dealing with an electrical cord makes doing it by hand easier.

So pleased to see that B&D came out with a cordless version of the Alligator! Works great, and solves one of the biggest problems of cutting limbs - chopping them into smaller lengths for disposal. The cordless chainsaw does a great job of getting the limb to the ground, but you have to prop up the limb before cutting it into pieces so you don't hit the ground with the chain. ... Read More:

We bought this a few years ago because we are not rich and this was affordable. As it so happens......we chanced into some $$ and this is the best pizza pan for the grill we have ever found!! We have been looking for this in stores for several years now...am gonna order several for friends.
I assure you that this is the best pizza that you will ever taste!!

Timex TX1003 10.62-Inch Tube Thermometer

I bought this as an outdoor thermometer which I placed on a post a few yards from my kitchen window. Unfortunately, the red line is so thin and the numbers so small that it is only useful when viewed quite close up. On the plus side, it was very inexpensive and I will find another use for it.

Fiskars Super Splitting Axe with 28-Inch Handle and 4-1/4 Pound Head #7854

This splitting axe is well worth the money that I spent on it. When I initially got it, I swung at the first few logs with my full force. I ended up splitting the log and burying the head of the axe completely in the ground. Green wood takes more effort and logs with knots in them can also take a couple of whacks to get them split, but for my purpose of providing wood for evening and weekend fireplace fires, this axe was perfect.
