I purchased this instrument for my son who has enjoyed playing it tremendously. We are now looking for a 2nd one for our other son. The boys get great joy out of playing it at rest homes and church events. The instrument is easy enough for them to play and to sing a long with. I do agree with the comments about it being a bit tricky to tune, but with patience it works and it does hold being tuned very well. I've only tuned ours once in 3 years and it has been taken in and out of the box by two young boys. As far as music goes, I have not found any that fits the instrument to a "t", but I have found music that I can trim down a little bit that works great with this instrument. ahhhhh it came in the mail. i ordered the angel light blue and this product.
in comparison, the light blue has this piping that makes the bells sound MUCH longer!

so i would advise if youare as absurd as i am about things you own, to go buy piping or somethign else besides the felt softner that they include withthis.
trust me you willbe so much more in bliss .

First Act DiscoveryFG125 Thin Profile Acoustic Guitar

Our son got one of these about 6 months ago, around his 2nd birthday. Now here we are, 6 months later, and this guitar is still serving its purpose - it's a toy.

He's not gentle with it. I've lost count of how many times I've seen him step on the body or the neck. It's still going strong. No broken strings, no quality problems at all.

Guys - if your 10 or 12 year old is taking guitar lessons - buy him a guitar, not a toy that happens to be shaped like a guitar.

8" Plastic Rainmaker

This rainmaker is brightly colored and made of plastic, which is good for a young child. It doesn't sound as much like real rain as the more realistic stick-looking ones do, but it's good for a toy and a young child will find it fascinating. Quality construction and good size.

8 Note Hand Bell Set

I bought this set of bells to use in my music therapy sessions several years ago, and continue to use them with almost every group that I work with--from small children to adults.

The set comes with a small booklet to start you off on some songs, and I found them to be tuned well.

They're durable too! Many a client has banged, thrown, or done worse to the bells, and I have not had to replace any. They're easy to clean, since it is all plastic/metal (no paper or delicate material).

Great product, I recommend others to use this as well!

I bought this for my little girl, who's 4. She absolutely loves it. The only pick I have is that it does not come with a little beginner booklet. But, I am very happy with this product. Very well put together, but do not recomend this for someone any younger than 3. The child will need to be coordinated, so the stool will not tip over. It is perfect for testing it out to see if my daughter will develop a love for piano, and if not, it's not like I paid a lot of money for. Great starter!
