The grill is super easy to use. Very versatile and easy to clean. It does NOT have a large cooking area. If you're cooking for a large group you might want something with a larger cooking surface. The ease of cleaning and exchanging surface plates makes this a terrific product.

It's not as easy as it shows on TV. I tried to make a 6 second egg salad and it only mixed the bottom ingredients and left the clerey and onions almost intact. And yes I followed the step by step insturction. Very disappointed

Oster 4207 Electric Wine Opener

We have been using our Oster 4207 for more than a year. Still works great. It has opened everything and lots of them. It has come close to stalling on some super hard plastic corks so I use a manual puller sometimes on those just-in-case to protect my Oster. It charges quickly on the charging stand but the one drawback is that if you have to keep the stand plugged in to have it ready when you need it. It loses charge after a week or two if unplugged.
Because of this we bought the $120 Peugeot Electric Wine bottle opener (currently only at Williams Sonoma) that doesn't need a charging stand. I thought this would mean I could plug it in and run it at full power even if it was low on charge... GONG.. nope the Peugot still needs to have a full charge ... Read More:

Pasta or chili, this pot is great. Nice and tall with plenty of room to avoid boil-overs when cooking pasta. I can slow cook enough chili to feed game-watching guests and still have leftovers. Quality materials should last forever. Nice even heating. Amazon price was great. (hint: add more spices at end of cooking to get the most from your chili con carne)

I decided to make my own bread after I discovered that almost all of the breads on the market contained soy, an item I need to avoid to keep my thyroid healthy. I love kneading and baking bread, but since I work a lot, I decided to buy a bread machine. I like buying from Amazon, and so far have never had a problem with any of their products. Reading their reviews have been helpful as well. However, I did read several reviews where they thought that their bread machines appeared to be used or factory reconditioned, so when my Breadman arrived, I carefully inspected it before throwing out the box. Cuisinart CSB-76BC SmartStick 200-Watt Immersion Hand Blender, Brushed Chrome

This is my third or fourth hand blender, my second Cuisinart immersion blender. There is one big plus over my last Cuisinart, and there's a minus to it as well.

The big plus is that it is really powerful. What a whizzer! I make smoothies in the morning, using both Metamucil and protein powders with yogurt or kefir, soy milk and/or orange juice. Sometimes I throw in a few pieces of frozen fruit like raspberries or strawberries (sliced or pieces) or blueberries. The power of this SmartStick makes the grainy-ness of the Metamucil disappear (a great thing, in my book!), and the stick doesn't blink when it tackles the frozen fruit.

Best gift I *ever* received. I have used my Keurig for almost a year now on a daily basis, and I love it. I have tried Tassimo, and owned the Senseo, and neither of them compare to the quality of the coffee, the simplicity of the system, or the sheer pleasure you get from the Keurig. I like my coffee with cream (and occasionally with sugar) but can drink it black from the Keurig as well, since it's just really good coffee. My favorite K-Cups are Newman's Special Bold, Newman's Decaf, and Caribou Colombian. I like the more dense flavors of coffee in general, but also enjoyed the "Donut Shop" blend and have had the other Caribou and Gloria Jean's flavors as well and enjoyed them too.
