amazon sent a generic "ST-350" instead of the product in the picture. I purchased the authentic Brother product 1-2 years ago, same web page, no problems. This time, Amazon sent me a generic instead of the pictured product. I thought I was paying for the authentic brother product.

I ordered this fax machine for our private school. We were so worried about getting a fax that jammed papers during operations (or pulled through more than one paper at a time when sending). We are very pleased! It operates quickly, which is a plus for us. This is an excellent machine for the price. We recommend it.

Brother TZ231 1/2in Labeling Tape (26.2ft, Black on White)

Not much to say about this Brother tape, other than it works great, stays on what it gets stuck to, and it's easy to peel off its protective backing.

Been purchasing this product for a few years and will continue to do so. Labels are everywhere in our office. :)

Done with inkjets. So happy to have a good laser again. Chose Brother because price and quality now better than HP. It's quiet and gets used all day, everyday. Never jams, even the top and bottom paper feeders which was a huge problem with HP products. Reliable WiFi. Simple set up. Reliable faxes. Compact desktop size, but sturdy.

I understand that I did not check out if this came with an AC adaptor. However, to price an adaptor [...] more than that of the product itself [...] does not seem correct. You are better off paying for a higher end model that comes with an adaptor. Atleast you get more features for your money.

OK, this is just silly. A review for a printer cartridge.
What can I say about a cartridge made by the printer manufacturer?
Its strong muscular appearance enables it to out perform those weaker colors such as cyan.
Maybe something like: Brother has a monopoly on these cartridges so you had better like it.

Yes, these Brother toners do only count the number of pages printed to determine the amount of toner left. When one of the CMY color runs out, they all run out at the same time. Even though the printer may say its completely out of toner, that might not be the case always. To reset the toner (if you know there's ample amount of toner still left), unscrew the two screws on the side, pop off the side cover, and turn the gray gear wheal counterclockwise 90 degrees.
