This is the first time I've listened to Il Divo. I'm not really into Opera, so I thought I'd try it out. It's OK but not really my thing. I could listen to it as background music but probably not more than that. Looking at the other reviews it sounds like this just isn't one of their better albums.

Although this CD is a Christmas gift to myself and not yet opened - I KNOW whatever Andrea Bocelli records has to be great listening. Opened or not - Incanto belongs in your CD library.

I didn't think I was going to be able to enjoy this CD, but after a few listens I was hooked!
She does a magical xmas CD like no one else, it's brilliant and different from anything I have ever heard before, including her previous records.
Definitely worth buying.

This is my first Il Divo CD to own. I had head of them and was excited to check them out. All the songs on this CD are sung in Spanish or Italian, with the exception of Amazing Grace, which is sung in English. I actually enjoy listening to music in other languages- it allows me to concentrate on the music itself, to absorb it. I found Il Divo's sound to be very soothful and pleasing to the ear. I thought they have a very smooth, melodic sound. My all-time favorite song is Hallejuah. I actually cried the first time I heard this song, and then I listened to it two more times, in a row. I thought it was just pure and simple and absolutely beautiful to listen to. This song alone is enough for me to encourage others to purchase this CD. ... Read More:

This is a fabulous opportunity to own so much genius music and such a low cost. You will have a great library of Mozart to refer to. Fabulous for a beginning collector and again, so affordable!

I was first aware that three priests would be bringing out a CD of music when I saw and read an article on them in 'Time' Magazine. That article promised great things.
I was given the CD earlier this week by a friend here in Hong Kong. I have been listening to it constantly since.
This is so utterly different to anything with which it might be compared - 'Il Divo' and even 'The Three Tenors', although here we have two tenors and a baritone. The most marvellous thing here is that the music is given pride of place - there is absolutely no ego...no bellowed high Cs...no playing to any audience. Very good album of Christmas music but not as good as Leroy Anderson's Christmas music arrangements which I also reviewed. It is worth the $$ for sure.
