. LEGO City Advent Calendar 2008from: LEGO September 01, 2008 I've been purchasing Lego Advent Calendars for my daughter for 5 years now. She loves opening the door every day to see what small item she is going to get to build. The Calendars in the past few years have changed to have a lot more people and less little items to build. It's fun to create your own little scene with all the items that you get once all the doors have been opened. If this year is like past years (we haven't opened any doors yet because Dec. 1st is a week away yet), the instructions for putting the project together is printed on the flap of the door that you open.
