The only issue is server traffic causes many hangups and time outs. Webkinzs needs more servers or better traffic management. Rating: - Great toy!!I bought this for my granddaughter... I cannot tell you just how cute it is!! She really enjoys playing with the online portion of the toy. The only draw back is the online site sign-on is only good for ONE year then it expires. He is able to name his Webkinz, earn points for purchases for his Webkinz, and interact with others. It's a great product, and a good learning experience for my son.
