Product Description: With fun animal sounds all around and plenty to do, little ones will discover what a busy place the farm can be. "Neigh" says the horse,"baaa" answers the sheep, "cluck!" chirps the chicken, "moo" ... says the cow, "oink!" ... squeals the pig. They'll even discover what some of the animals feel like, when they pet the "cottony" cow, "hairy" horse, "woolly" sheep, and the "squiggly" piggly tail! From "furry" to "fuzzy" and everything in between, Touch & Feel Animals are a fun way to introduce children to a world of interesting textures and help develop their sense of touch.pAs toddlers grow, they'll learn about life on a farm that's just their size, with Farmer Jed and his animal friends! The farm includes Farmer Jed, cow, sheep, horse and pig; the chicken stays attached to the barn. Figures are surface washable with a clean, damp cloth. All pieces store inside. This playset also comes with a special free sampler DVD featuring three charming stories of the Little People friends. Playset requires 3 "AA" (LR6) alkaline batteries, not included.

My son received this barn for his birthday. He really likes playing with it. He usually drives his cars through the opening, and likes using the animals with the Little People Zoo. The only problem we've had with this is the silo has come off! My son dropped it, we put it back on, and it fell off again. This makes it easier to store, but also doesn't get played with now. I couldn't take anymore toys that make noise, so we didn't put batteries in it....and my son doesn't seem to mind at all!!

My 12 month old got this as a birthday gift, and completely loved it. Its been about 3 months that she's had it, and still loves it. The little animals, doors, song, animal sounds, etc. captivate her imagination and keeps her engaged in the toy over and over again. The only complaint I have is that she can remove the silo off very easily and its hard to get it back on. Its made with quality, and I have no safety concerns what so ever.

My daughter loves this farm. She got it for her 1st birthday and plays with it everyday. She likes to ask what each animal is and makes their sounds. These do not have any hair which is good because my daughter LOVES to kiss her animals. She also LOVES the music the chicken makes. She will play it over and over and dance to it. Great toy!

I bought this for my 19 month old daughter. She loves animals so I thought she'd really like it. She played with it for about 30 minutes and then completely lost interest. Every now and again she'll play with it for 5 minutes here or there, but overall it seems pretty boring to her. Yes, the doors make the animal sounds which is fun to hear at first. But, for the price of it, I just don't think it offers very much.

I bought this farm for my[...]twins for their 1st birthday. They were interested in it when they received it on their birthday, but really started playing with it everyday when they were about [...] old. I have the 2006 version without the touch and feel animals.
It is a fun toy and I appreciate that it has animal sounds, but there is also an on/off button for when they get to be a little annoying. Batteries last forever in this toy. I haven't had to change ours once in 7 months.
I have also had problems with the silo detaching from the barn. One of my twins figured out how to detach it on the day she received it and they often detach it while playing with it. I've reattached it loads of times and it doesn't seem to ... Read More:
