Not only is it visually pleasing due to its sleek, minimalist appearance, but it withstands all kinds of wear and tear. I took my PSP to a deployment to Iraq in this case, and it kept out all the dust and withstood being thrown around in my baggage. I highly recommend the purchase of this case if you want top-notch quality and protection. And, of course, to those of you who got the new PSP 2000 (slim), get the newer version of this case.
