Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver LED Torch

Well worth buying - although the switch has a tendency to be quite temperamental the LED torch lasts for months at a time and is practical to use as a torch (provided you're happy with everything being lit by blue light..). For the price you can't really go wrong.

The Official "Doctor Who" Annual 2009 ("Doctor Who")

My son aged 10 is heavily into Dr Who and was dying to get this annual. He was impressed by this new one and found it both interesting and entertaining. Although a cheap gift he rated it above some of the PS2 games he was given!!! Would recommend this annual for any Dr Who fan.

This is a great toy, whoever designed it must have done it through the eyes of a child. The detail is impressive and so is the functionality. I think it offered great value for money and I think its great!

Doctor Who - The Professor Gift Set

My little ones received the tardis playset for christmas so I thought I'd get them some more figures to play with and this set seemed good value. The Doctor and Martha are perfectly fine but The Master and Professor Yana are made of a very fragile plastic. They were playing quite nicely with the Yana doll and his head snapped off. Quite a shame as I'd just had to return a defective Doctor doll (who's arm fell off) from the Satan Pit set that I'd ordered at the same time as this set so we're not having much luck. Quite disapointing.

Doctor Who : Complete BBC Series 4 [2008]

The 'revamp' of Dr Who has been the biggest tv disappointment of the last few years. A once brilliant national institution that had clever, imaginative stories, genuine scares, atmosphere and charismatic lead actors has degenerated into a flashy, pop-culture spouting, juvenile embarrassment with none of the charm, wit or magic of the classic series. This fourth series is the worst of the lot, the stories range from confusing, to lame to just plain awful and the whole series is hampered by the atrocious Catherine Tate playing the most irritaitng companion ever. The over-rated David Tennant just cruises along on autopilot and does absolutely nothing with the role apart from acting like a geeky nerd. Very good toy, although not as much fun as the doctors pen, it still makes for plenty of play. Also helps resolve arguements between friends who all want to be the doctor.

Doctor Who Light Up Toothbrush & Beaker Set

This item seemed fantastic, til a drop of water got into the bottom of the beaker, so it no longer flashes.
All in all disappointing, what does a plastic waterproof plug on the bottom cost?
The toothbrush is cheap and nasty, but at least it lasted longer than the beaker.
Typical cheap tat aimed at kids to rip off parents etc.
