I bought my iPod touch last Christmas and fell in love with it immedietly. However... now, after just nine or ten months it has already started to 'play up'. It pauses randomly and sometimes i can see the time slider going through a song but no sound. i took it back to the apple shop, they put the new updates on it (free of charge i'd like to say ;)) but i still have the same problem i.e keeps pausing randomly.
i would suggest that you don't buy the iPod touch as i am completely convinced that mine will stop working altogether JUST after my one year gurantee runs out. proof of this: my friend and her sister both bought an iPod on the same day last year and just after their one year gurantee ran out... they both stopped working within hours ... Stupidly I bought this item using one-click, so I never got to see the P&P charge before I ordered.

These ridiculously high P&P charges for tiny items like this screen protector are rapidly turning me off of buying through Amazon.

I suggest you consider the true cost of this item (i.e. £4.99 + 3.95 => £8.84) before ordering from this supplier. £8.84 for a little strip of clear plastic can not be good value no matter how much its hyped.

Considering i only paid £150 for mine i cannot complain, and why would i want to?
This thing is amazing! I have never been a fan of Apple stuff, still am not, but my opinion of the iPod has changed.
For such a small thing i can do so much: Games, Calendar, Mail, Internet, Music, Movies, Apps etc.
It truly is great - However, i wouldn't pay £270 for one... They aren't that good.
If you can get one cheaper it is a must, if not wait till they are <£200. You won't regret it!

What many of you have said UNTRUE!! THE IPOD TOUCH DOES SCRATCH!!!!!! i have done it to mine!!! u may think 'o well he's just really dumb and careless' but no. i put it in my bag then when i took it out it had two very big scracthes on the screen! in my bag were not that many materials that could scratch it (apart from my keys) and i have seen people running knives over their ipods so i thought they wouldn't matter....but i was wrong

so in the mean time i have bought this item and other cases to protect my ipod because the nxt scratch could be the last one

WHAT APPLE HAVE SAID IS UNTRUE THE IPOD TOUCH IS SCRACTHABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

For the price ALL you get is one piece of plastic that does not fit over the whole screen and two wipes. It is virtually impossible to lay the plastic over the screen and not get smudges or bubbles. A rip off and total rubbish. DO NOT BUY!!
