Fisual Install Series GOLD Plated HDMI Cable 1.5m

Ordered one a couple of months ago to use between my Virgin V+ box and HD TV. Thought it was a bit cheap but for the amount paid it was worth a risk. Anyway, I'm now watching TV with a truly stunning picture quality - how a high street retailer can justify £50 or so for an equivalent cable is just beyond me. So definitely recommended, if I ever need another cable for a 2nd appliance this will be the one I'll get again...

i cant believe i hear this album now! having recently bought the brilliant Leaders Of The Free World I wanted to discover Elbow. Then I listened to Cast Of Thousands next which i included in my top 10 album list. but then I listened to this album and I was totally knocked off my feet! I just love it. this is music! reading other reviews I was deeply dissapointed they were compared to other bands. some of the reviews which compare elbow to say coldplay would have put off buying this record. If u like music then get all the albums by Elbow. Another band I thought I should recommend is I Am Kloot.

He's a canny lad that Gryff Rhys! I've had this album on rotation for over 6 months now, and it never fails to entertain.
An album which gives Belfast the concept album, glamour treatment usually reserved for Detroit, Neon Neon spin a nostalgic 80's synth pop web suffused with style and substance to spare!
Yes it's a pop record, but it's done with such grace, quality and respect for it's source material that you are literally skewered on the countless pop hooks flying out of the speakers! Great synths, great basslines, canny, intelligent lyrics, fantastic!
Gryff has used Boom Bip's talents to good effect, while he can create some interesting electronic ditties, they always seemed somewhat rudderless at times, here however, Neon Neon is ... Read More:

very good phone and competivly priced.Ring tones could be better,but volume is acceptable for buisiness or home.stricking appearance with quality feel.Very good range on these phones.If you want a perfect cheaper phone then you wont go far wrong.Ive done all the homework for you as i did try the bt ones in this price range and to be honest for sound quality these cant be beat.

I recently bought the Wave of Mutilation compilation CD by the Pixies and enjoyed listening to a lot of the singles I heard back in my student days, but never got round to buying. Hungry for more, SVN Fingers was my first Black Francis purchase - and it won't be my last. Pixies fans will enjoy the raw, no-frills licks and brilliantly dark, cryptic lyrics. Worth a mention is "I Sent Away", a quirky pogo-in-your-bedroom singalong with a dash of garage punk harmonica thrown in. In fact there isn't a bad track on here, but the real standout is "When They Come To Murder Me" which is so good you'll be playing it over and over again. Any album that features the lyric "I was born in a double orgasm" must surely qualify for LP of the year! Brilliant.

Sony KDL-32P3020 - 32'' Widescreen Bravia HD Ready LCD TV - With Freeview

I spent a little extra buying this TV over some other 32" LCD's, mainly due to the excellent reviews I read on this product.

When I opened the box, I was surprised at the low quality of the plastics used, and the overall flimsy feel. Certainly not like the Sony's of old.

When powered up however, the image is really amazing, that Bravia engine certainly makes the built in freeview look good, which is normally where LCD's fall short. The image from my Xbox 360 via the VGA port was also very good, as was DVD playback via component.

Sound quality is nothing special though, there is a distinct lack of bass. With the bass control turned up, the sound is muddy. The treble also lacked clarity. It sounds the best with vocal material. Its a good thing ... Read More:
