After putting up with a terrible mattress (springs poking up all over the place, lumpy, moves every time someone turns over) for months on end, we decided enough was enough! We didn't want a new mattress, because a) we couldn't afford it and b) we'll only be using the bed for another 6 months, so we decided to get a mattres topper. Based on the reviews seen on Amazon, we purchased this 3-inch memory foam topper, and we definitely made the right choice.

It was delivered tightly rolled up in a box (left outside our door for us to find when we got back from work, despite bad weather, which was a bit dodgy, although luckily he'd hidden it behind the flowers (!)), and so when you open it and roll it out it looks squashed, flat and ridged ... Im not sure who wrote the other reviews, must be the company that sells the product. These are the flattest, smelliest pillows I have ever owned. Washed them twice, still stink the house out. No point of using them they do not even make a bump on the matress. Do not waste your money!

Im not sure who wrote the other reviews, must be the company that sells the product. These are the flattest, smelliest pillows I have ever owned. Washed them twice, still stink the house out. No point of using them they do not even make a bump on the matress. Do not waste your money!

I would liked to have known how thick it was,
whether it came with a cover,and do you put it
straight on top of the mattress then the covers

Contour Memory foam pillow

I recently purchased a comfort memory pillow and initially found that it took a couple of nights to adjust before it became really comfy (probably because my neck's been so used to regular pillows that get uneven). It's been a real help in keeping my head and neck supported, I sleep very comfortably and don't wake up with stiff neck or tight upper back like I used to.

It has been a great pillow for me (6ft and average/slim build), but if you're of a large build the pillow will most likely need a little raising to meet and support you neck level. All in all a great product but maybe not a silver bullet for everyone.

Egyptian Cotton Pillow Pair

The pillows are fine, and very nicely packaged in their own carrying bag. Unfortunately I had added two other bedding items from this company to my Wedding Wish List and in the time from when it was ordered by one of my guests to my receiving it some 3 months later, I had bought a bigger bed and needed to return the items. On the Amazon Wedding List page it says you can do this without the buyer finding out. This turned out to be only true for items bought directly from Amazon, not one of their featured sellers. In short, after numerous emails to Textile Direct and Amazon (who helpfully provided me with the order number) the items were grudgingly refunded to my wedding guest, so I had to tell him anyway.
