Rock Band: Band in a Box (Xbox 360)

The US gets the latest game, the latest instruments AND it's cheaper than this (the original instruments, no game and far more expensive.)

It's a joke, but not a funny one. I tried ordering the latest bundle from Amazon.com but they won't ship here. Maybe it's because they know the instruments for these titles break a lot and they're trying to save us the hassle of replacing them. Or maybe they're going to wait a bit then charge us double for the new bundle. Do not buy this game - you have more dough than sense if you do. Buy it second hand if you must.

I like this game its a good game i enjoyed playing rb1 thoroughly BUT i do also enjoy the guitar hero series and in comparison i think they're both in the same league running along side each other so Lets not argue about which ones best lets just play these great games and not make a fuss. Guitar hero gives you the custom song while rb2 gives you more songs and they're both seemingly endless series. you should buy both if your going to buy any but if your deciding what pack to buy go for guitar hero's no offense to the rock band 2s set but come on gh's is much better

its silly to think this product is to pricey, and i agree, how many of you spend £70+ on useless stuff that u throw into a cupboard and it never sees the light of day. this game is one of the most genious and landmark games for rock, and to boycott something which is bringing rock music into the mainstream of gaming and families across the globe is a bit silly to me, REGARDLESS of price. Ive conquerd this on guitar now i cant wait to rock out on the drums.

Guitar Hero III: Legends Of Rock with Wireless Guitar Controller (Xbox 360)

My kids have thoroughly enjoyed this game - all it's billed to be BUT beware. As noted by other reviewers there is a design fault with the guitar. We bought the game in March from Amazon and after the guitar stopped working properly and a lot of ringing round we eventually were directed to Activision whose response is...buy a new one. The guarantee is only 90 days - is this mentioned anywhere when you pay £65 for the game? This is a known fault so why are the manufacturers not playing fair and replacing the faulty items??

Enjoy the game but you have been warned!

Go to electronicgifts.co.cc and sign up. Complete ONE offer - I would recommend Gala Bingo (you know, the one for on tv),as this is cheap and fun (and you might win some money in the process!)

If you really don't want to spend, there is a free Lovefilm trial.

All companies are well known so there is no risk involved- give it a go! I got my Ipod, consoles and many other things this way, so don't miss out.

I was a sceptic once but now I am SO glad I gave it a chance. B8C approved this system on their a while back.

Fable II (Xbox 360)

I should preface my review by saying that this game started out as a hell of a lot of fun and easily one of the best games I have played on the X-box....for the first 8 hours or so anyway, until it kept freezing up and wouldn't let me play. Now it's completely unplayable - it won't even install to my hard drive because the disc is unreadable. I understand that this is a pretty widespread issue and that, furthermore, Lionhead has done absolutely nothing about it. So I'm left with a 40 quid beer coaster. How disappointing. However, I went out and bought Fallout 3 instead, which is a brilliant game and comes thoroughly recommended by me.

basically,my review is pretty much the same as most here.great to look at,the cut scenes are eye popping.the gameplay,however,is clumsy.combos? please!what combos? its just button mashing at best.once finished, i was left with "that it?"
if you really want this, wait until the price really comes down,because it certainly doesnt warrant an above tenner prrice tag.
very disappointd.and im a huge star wars fan.

Guitar Hero: World Tour - Band Bundle (Xbox 360)

Well what can I say --I am one of the many who ordered before 14th Nov expecting to get a free bass guitar! Trying to get to Amazon and get any help has provided me with 2 hours frustration spent talking on the phone or typing emails to various Amazon addresses. They should be checked out under the Trades Description Act for False advertising - or is it the Guitar Hero site which provides the link with the free Bass Guitar advert that needs the criticism --whichever it is, I hope all other customers who have been disappointed get what they ordered or vouchers to compensate for the hassle we have to go through for our kids Christmas Presents!!
PS Worth hanging in there, as 12 hours later we have now been given a full refund for the missing Bass Guitar -thank you Amazon :)Guitar ... Read More:

well i recently bought this game and i have to say that within 2 hours of gameplay online i was bored stiff! ok to be fare the campaign is the best i have ever seen, much better than halo 3's or cod 4's!
but i have seen alot of people who really like it, so personaly i would buy this game, its really a game weather you like or you dont. my advise is if you could rent it or borrow from a mate and see what you think! the gund arnt realy as good but it is set in ww2 so as you can imagine there is no red tiger and blue tiger! what i didnt know about when i got mine is this special eddition and every game you play you will get double exp every game. if i were giveing a rating it would have to be an 8 out of 10
A good buy !
