I installed mine yesterday, and positioned the arial where shown on the instructions. I then removed the trim and ran the cable out of sight before tucking it neatly behind my dashboard along to the unit. Would it pick up any DAB stations? Nope. I then tried it trailing the arial cable in a sort of 'zig zag mess' across my dash, and it picked up 52 stations in no time at all. Great I thought; I can live with a messy cable right across my dash - just about. I then decided to drive off, thinking all was well at last - wrong. Whilst in motion, the signal cuts out and is, quite frankly, worse than dear old medium wave. My Tom Tom seems to interfere with it, as does my iPod dock - not to mention my rear window demister! Think twice before ... Read More:

I bought this DAB radio over 2 years ago on the strength of a favourable review in Which? magazine. I got it to use in work where the reception on traditional FM radios was notoriously poor, but this DAB radio picks up far more stations than I ever listen to, and the results were so impressive that two of my colleagues went straight out and bought the same radio. All three of them are still going strong despite some rough treatment and constant daily use.
The radio provides a good clear sound with plenty of volume for a small unit. It's easy to use with all of the controls handily placed in the same area at the front of the radio rather than spread across the sides and top. It has a handy display panel showing not just the station that you're ... Read More:

I've just bought these headphones and want to sound one warning that I think has been insufficiently highlighted in the previous reviews and that is the headphones are very susceptible to electrical interference. For example, if I place the battery holder / electronics unit ontop of my ipod nano I get a very irritating low frequency hum. I also found using these with my computer that careful placement is necessary to avoid the same noise. Finally, if a telephone rings it creates a very loud and unpleasent noise in the headphones.

I have owned the previous version (C6X) of the chargepak for around 2 years. Currently it gives around 15 minutes of play before it dies. When I called Pure's customer helpline, I explained that the product was out of warranty and that I appreciated that I would not be refunded. However, the lady who answered was quite defensive and explained that, as the product has a one year guarantee, Pure expect it to last only around 12 months. If this is so, then £30 seems a lot to pay for occasional use away from the mains in one year.
My experience of rechargeable batteries is generally far better - mobile phones, digital cameras and multi-purpose rechargeable batteries. I feel that there must be something wrong with the chargepak if Pure have such ... Read More:

This is the first review I've written and am doing so to warn people about a recurring problem I've had with PX100s and PX200s. I've just got a refund for my fourth pair of entry level sennheiser tins, all of which lost sound in one phone due to cable wear. Despite this I keep coming back for more as they're good for the price and they seem to fail consistently within the warrenty period so I've only paid once:) If you can be bothered to keep requesting replacements from amazon/sennheiser then I'd recommend as a buy! As other reviews no doubt mention they leak a lot of sound so don't buy if you like to blast your choons but don't want to annoy fellow commuters. Perhaps they are fine for strolling around but I also use them for running, maybe this is what keeps ... Read More:

To cancel the alarm before it goes off you will need to go press alarm and then press select and press + to change to off. This is the only way the alarm can be stopped.
The information above came from Pure technical support. So, if you wake up before your alarm goes off and want to switch the alarm off (so as to not wake someone else (e.g. Wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend)), you have to press three buttons, in the dark, half asleep. And then remember to set it back later....
That is a serious design flaw... oh, and everything that's been said about the poor display is true. You can't read it.

I studied this period (and this battle in particular) during my history degree in the early 90's and decided that I would delve back in time to remind myself what this was all about. Azincourt was my companion on a return flight to Bahrain recently and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Historically interesting, full of action and detail it really had me turning pages through both flights! When I landed at Gatwick I was disappointed to have to find another book to read. I would recommend this book to anyone who has a passing interest in medieval history, but it's easily accessible to absolutely anyone who enjoys as good action adventure.

Fantastic headphones that I bought to replace some CX300's from a few years ago. Great bass and a great price. A few weeks ago I bought some CX300's from marketplace seller Terrabok... they were fake and sounded dreadful. Luckily Amazon sorted out a refund. Pleased to finally get my hands on some genuine ones again!

This book is an absolutely incredible, insightful and engaging book. As somebody who has struggled with anxiety and depression recently, this book has been the focus point that has changed my way of thinking about my illness around. It is an extremely good read, which I recommend for anybody suffering with mental illness at the moment. As for the cricket, it is engaging without being tied down in numbers. A really great read. And to Marcus - I really hope everything gets sorted, and thank you for helping me.
