I'm a true hardcore gamer, and this has a couple of great and unforgettable exclusive titles:
Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3
Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2
Spyro: A Hero's Tail

Try and grab that lot if you want this console. And at such as a cheap price, missing out is unforgivable.

Official Sony PlayStation 2 Memory Card (PS2)

Ok so I HAVE had my PS2 memory card for a while now, but it has now started to act up.
A few months ago it lost all my Guitar Hero 3 data, so i had to do it again!! (not a huge problem as i love the game!) But seemed to work afterwards, thinking it was just a glitch i carried on using it but now it has failed again on GH3 and other games aswell.
I will be getting a replacement Sony card as they do last well and are better than other cards for the PS2 but be warned they can fail. (thats not to say they will though) :)

For a while now, I've been hunting for non-combative multiplayer games that I can enjoy with my daughter and Eye-Toy certainly delivers hours of fun. Standing in front of the telly and competing in various challenges, (sports,cookery and general silliness)you feel a bit daft with your arms flapping away, but what better way to spend quality time with the family.
Be warned, any adults standing nearby will want to join in.. then it gets very competitive! The eye toy is adjustable for height (a certain amount is needed when a 13 yearold is playing a 6"2 adult!)and you simply plug it into the USB port of your PS2 and GO. this game is ace, my boyfriend bought it me because i love both films and im always singing the songs like 'i dont dance'. I gave it a go and i was on it all day! my boyfriend had to refill my glass of water for me a few times though because i was singing my heart out. The duets are soo cool. you can have 8 people in your singing party to sing along with you. also if you and someone else are singing duets and your friends are waiting for their turn on the mics, they can fiddle with stuff thats on your stage. they can change instruments and all sorts. (you have to see it to understand)
however i agree with some of the reviews because the cartoons arn't great, they only have videos in the extras and those videos are of dance rehearsals and interviews. ... Read More:

Sony Official PlayStation 2 DualShock 2 Controller (PS2)

I've tried other controllers for the PS2, and in the end there is no other controller quite like the Dualshock 2. The buttons on other controllers often require quite a conscious effort to use them, but the Dualshock 2's analogue buttons are actually analogue - press lightly and you'll get one response, press a little harder and you'll get another, and so on. The Dualshock 2 seems to last as long as any other controller and is simply better quality, so there's no real competition there.

As for the usefulness of a Dualshock 2 now that the PS3 is out - the Sixaxis controller bundled with the PS3 doesn't have rumble functionality, and a Dualshock 3 with rumble and Sixaxis tilt sensors will currently set you back quite a bit compared to a Dualshock 2 (which ... Read More:

EyeToy: Groove (PS2)

I brought this game this year and so far the camera is still set up on my PS2, its great for exercising and getting rid of excess energy, especially if the weather is horrible.
The Songs get a bit boring after a while, but they are mostly songs that are recognisable, which makes the game so much more fun. You can create your own moves to the songs as well, so you can test you mates on your own moves!
The main down side to the hole camera thing, is the flat screen TV's, you can't put the camera on top of the TV with out a lot of trouble.

SingStar Popworld with 2 Microphones (PS2)

Played this over the weekend with 6 other people. I have now ordered the game today as it was such a good laugh. I am one of them people who has never done Karaoke before, and have never been tempted, until playing this game!

This game was fantastic, and such a laugh. As you sing along to the song, you are given points and comments are made about how accurate to the real song you are, with comments such as "cool" "great" "awful" "bad" If you are a bad singer then it makes the game even funnier, so don't be afraid to give it a go. I sang a Rick Astley classic and sounded like a strangled cat. You can then listen back to the song and hear how good or awful you sounded.

As the title of the game suggests, you will require a Sony Playstation 2 Eyetoy Camera to play this. It also needs to be set up where there's plenty of light and space.

In this game, you do not control things using the PS2 control pad, but with your body, which you can see on the screen! You start off navigating through the menu by making your hands touch the on-screen buttons. It is much more preferable to tapping away at buttons all the time.

There are many games to play, which include kung-fu, plate-spinning and window cleaning.
