This camera does the job at a keen price (£13.94 on Amazon 30Jan2007: spend another £1.02 on something else and get free delivery!)

It is low resolution (288 x 352), but what would you expect for the price which is at the "so cheap I'll try it" level. Very portable - you can easily put it in you laptop bag. Seems sensitive enough in low light conditions.
In some ways low res is an advantage, because it is less of a load on your internet connection (which in our case is 512k ADSL).

I use it with Skype on an iBook G4 - it works fine within its low res limiitation.

Im afraid the title says it all. Unfortunately I purchased this item and it eats batteries like sweeties. I cant upload the software because 3 different computers says it contains corrupt files. So basically Im going to have to replace it and write it off! I gave it one star because you have to rate it but in reality I wouldnt give it any.

P.S. I got a silver one - not black as stated! Doubt that one would have worked either.
