The video is no better either. I have tried everything to get the picture better, less light behind me, more in front of me including using the less than useless built in light. The only reason i have given it 2 stars is because it did work with every prog i tried, first time, everytime. Steer clear of this, i am going to send mine back. |

The provided drivers are not the correct one so you need to search through their forum the appropriate drivers... Sometimes the webcam just disconnect from your computer or is not recognized anymore by your system. I am quite lucky to be an IT engineer and understand how a computer works I do not want to imagine how painful it could be for a non-literate person... Well user-friendly is just not what defines this webcam. |

The wifi capability failed and was replaced within a week. Software for viewing the pictures allowed up to 4 cameras to be viewed, which was good when they worked. However, the cameras failed while I was away and even after being revived by a friend the wifi capability failed again very quickly. The supplied brackets were useless for holding the cameras in anything but one position. Onreturning from my trip I returned both cameras for a refund which is why I am now looking for replacements. I would not purchase this item again. |
