For the price this is a great card. Nice and quiet too. I couldn't decide whether to get this or the Asus EN8500GT which has equal specs, but in the end I found more positive reviews about this one on the net than any of its comparisons.

Ordered this card to replace an Intel Integrated card. Simply pops into PCI-Express Slot and it picked it up right away crystal clear - It even uninstalled my other card to avoid conflict.
Amazon sent me this card but it actually is 512mb memory, not 256mb. It also can take memory from the RAM so my card's memory is 1.7GB (Better than some £300+ cards!)
It will also run new games e.g. COD4 etc flawlessly and it supports DX10.

Upgrading from a factory overclocked MSI Nvidia 8800GTS 640 this is slightly larger, but still managed to fit in my small form factor Shuttle XPC (a 400W SN27P2) with relative ease. There's no way the GTX series cards would fit without fouling components on the motherboard.
It needs additional power, two 6 pin PCI connectors at the end of the card, one usually available from a connector on most modern motherboards, the other by converting a molex power connector (the 4 pin plugs that fit DVD-ROM or PATA drives) or in my case, converting an SATA power connector to molex first. Sapphire provide a single molex to PCI power lead in the box.
Noise at startup is similar to my old 8800GTS card, and at load is perhaps a touch ... Read More:
Ordered this card to run in a small form factor system with low wattage PSU. I upgraded from an XFX 8400GS and the difference is very large.
As a small profile card, this currently is about the fastest and doesn't use up too much juice either (I think it's supposed to be 50 watts or so under load.). This card was the only option really for me to get a gaming card in my PC, but I'm very happy with the results - Oblivion runs about 30-40 fps at 1280x720 with some of the detail turned down and no AA or HDR.
Inside the pack IIRC it came with HDMI cable, Component Dongle, S-Video Cable, Composite cable & also internal cable to inject the audio into the HDMI output.
The card seems well-built, is quiet and I had ... Read More:

The primary reason I wanted this graphics card was to enable my 42" flat screen television to be used as a monitor. I had to buy a DVI to HDMI cable to do this (about £6) and after some messing around with fonts and resolutions, it worked perfectly. I can display my Windows XP desktop in 1920x1080 resolution and it is excellent. It is an improvement over my old graphics card so games run much faster but I'm told that the latest offerings from nVidia are vastly better. I am sure this is so but for all the stuff I have used it for (1st person shooter games) it has worked more than adequately and at around £30 it's a steal. I'd give it 5 stars but the delivery company, UPS, failed to deliver on the 'first attempt' (they said) despite the fact I was available. ... Read More:
