Within two weeks of owning this item, I had essentially given up on it. Problems arose pretty much immediately with the interchangable jack: the lead and the interchangeable head come apart far too easily, meaning it's very hard to move the laptop around without the power cutting out (not a problem if you've got a tip-top battery, I suppose... but then that's not the point is it?). More annoying is that in the space of, ooh... the last week? the power randomly cuts out even when the lead is firmly plugged into the back of the laptop. This leads to a frustrating five-ten minutes of the "power lead dance", as the user (me) tries to get the lead into *exactly the right position* in order to get the bloody thing working again.
