This game has dated graphics, and there isn't much freedom. It may be fast but that isn't a good thing as it is basaically the game controlling itself, you would be better off watching a film. Storyline? There is'nt one! And all levels are as boring and frustrating as hell, don't waste money on this, it is'nt worth it.

Well, there's not really much I can add to what's already been said about this game. It is hands down the most open ended game I've ever come across. Whatever character you want to play you can and if you don't see the character class you want on the list you can create your own.

I've just finished playing the main quest with a Nordic Mage who wears armour and carries a sword and now I'm moving on to the expansions Bloodmoon and Tribunal. This game could make you forget you have any other games, it's that huge.

However it's not perfect (but then what is?). The graphics are now somewhat dated and don't really animate at all naturally, however this is easilly forgotten after a few hours. The landscape varies in quality. The grassy ... Read More:

This game has completley lost the magic, the beauty, the originality and the dark and creepy atmosphere of the previous two oddworld inhabitants games that encompasse you totally. Munch's Oddysee is pretty but is just like dozens of other collect items and run games. I ploughed through it hoping to regain the enjoyment and involvement of the the other two games - to no avail. It has lost such a lot being converted into a 3D game, there was no need, it was already perfect. Such a shame.

This game is solid but because it tries to pack in so much, it's not outstanding at anything. There's also something wrong with James Bond being continously killed.

I thought this was very good, you can see the faces of the people as you squeeze off a few rounds, if you see them before they see you then you punish them, bad, if not just pour it on and fight your way out of it, it's just fun, you get a wide selection of weapons on each level, loads of ammo, you can switch between four different soldiers, you get stats back after each level what your accuracy was etc., I have played this so much I'm never selling it

When I first picked up this game a few years back, I was very impressed with the graphics as well as the gameplay. Though the game does suffer from some framerate issues, the graphics are plush, colourful, and really do well portraying the carribean setting.

The story is engaging and supported well with side missions involving assassination, trading, escorting merchants and (of course) piracy. The gameplay is mostly enjoyable but running around the jungles of the various islands looking for secret treasure can get a little boring after a while.

The real fun is to be had on the high seas! The player can choose to ignore the story completely if they so wish, living the life of a freedom-loving pirate or a profit-hungry merchant in a plush and beautiful ... Read More:

I bought this game preowned about a year after it's release and man am I glad I did. I hadn't been that impressed with the previous Indiana game (The Infernal Machine for the PC) because he could not fight unarmed, something which he does a lot more than shooting! Also the puzzles were a little too frustrating.

However I got this for my ancient and beloved PS2 and was hooked from the word go. The only complaint is that the graphics are not that good (near N64 in places) but the gameplay will distract you from that. This time he can fight unarmed, which is what I did a majority of the time and a nice little touch is that if Indy takes so many beatings at once his hat falls off but doesn't fade away leaving you to pick it up! The puzzles, although hard thinking at times, are not ... Read More:

GoldenEye: Rogue Agent (Xbox)

Yes, as you probably know, this game has no real relationship to Goldeneye on the N64. It was probably a huge mistake of EA to attach the Goldeneye name to the title, from the start this created an impossible comparison that EA could never really hope to match. This has led to Rogue Agent being cursed by an entire generation of gamers when, in fact, it's a very good game.
It actually has more in common with last year's Perfect Dark Zero and the now standard Halo than Rare's classic Goldeneye. Rogue Agent isn't particularly original but then it doesn't need to be; The level design is competent and entertaining, the enemy AI is excellent and the graphics are nothing amazing but very nice.
This game can be very rewarding if you approach it without any expectations, a pick up and play ... Read More:

Halo 2 - Limited Edition In Metal Box (XBOX)

Halo 2 is a wicked game by itself. Short single player, but an absolutely classic and infinately enjoyable multiplayer. When the Limited Edition was announced, my palms itched, as they always do when my money needs spending on said item.
The Limited Edition not only comes in a swanky tin, but also includes a behind the scenes video, concept art, early level design images... a massive amount of bonus content.
The manual itself is, instead of being human related, is written from the Covenant's point of view.
Altogether, if you can afford this or are a fan of Halo, or both, I recommend this. It is a very impressive Collector's Edition package that should show Half Life 2 how it's done.
