I've not played any Crash games since the days of the SNES, so I had no preconceptions of what I would be in for. I'd bought this because my girlfriend was tired of me playing nasty games full of blood and guts, and didn't expect to enjoy it at all.

I was so wrong.

The gameplay is sometimes irritating with its reliance on savepoints, but the plot and humour kept me interested. When Crash first catches up with Dr Cortex and you have to fight him for the power crystal, I laughed so hard I cried. The fight which then ensues was pure genius, though what they did may have been seen before by others. The humiliskate levels brought tears to my eyes again - this time whenever I ground a rail.

I`m not kidding when I call this "a work of art". To put it simply, this is one of the best games I have seen recently. I`m not going to waffle on about the plot...others have probably already explained it, but basically, you have to escape from one huge prison. Good points of the game are:

1. GRAPHICS-realistic. Lightning effects are superb, creating a dark, spooky atmosphere when needed. The characters are excellent and very real, down to how they walk, how they talk, etc.Rag-doll effects mean that bodies act like real bodies. Riddick looks exactly like Vin Diesel. Textures are superb-from the cold, metallic interior of a jail cell to the elaborate, plush, decorated quarters of the owner of the prison.

This game is brilliant had it for a while now used to play it all the time with friends but now i have finished it all i tend to play other games i still give it the odd hour or 2 a week. I wish this game was more known as it is brilliant and i hope there is another Deathrow game being planned as i would like something new like this.
I would Highly recomend that you give this game a go!! well worth the money

I bought this game because I liked the Enter the Matrix game and believed that this would improve on that. How wrong I was. The graphics are below average for the Xbox, the cut scenes are a joke and the controls are mind numbingly awkward and repetitive. Just to tell u how bad it is [...]I still feel cheated. I dont usually write reviews but I had to warn the public about this turkey. Avoid if you can.

I bought this game thinking it would be a challenge like Rogue Squadron on PC.In my opinion the graphics our good and the simulations were cool BUT it isn't much of a challenge at all!

The Bard's Tale (Xbox)

I am sad to admit that before I played this game, the last game I had played was Zelda on my Super Nintendo. And as far as being a beginer, Bard's Tale is a great way to start, it kept me amused and I was immediatly pulling all nighters. The game was easy to get the hang of and keeps me challanged with out making me feel discuraged. Great Game.

This game is amazing!!! It is so fun trying to unlock different teams, kits, balls and stadiums. Sure the graphics aren't anything special, but for a game of this much fun, you can't have it all. The commentary is a bit repettitive, but with loads of carreer modes, it's well worth the money!! And for even more fun, have a go with your mates!

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Lockdown (Xbox)

I have always loved the rainbow 6 games(Raven Shield for the PC being by far the best and most tactical) and tbh i dont even consider this a true rainbow 6 game.
There are NO tactics involved whatsoever, you can literally walk into a room by yourself without your team (who are utterly useless) and easily shoot everyone with one bullet each! One time i walked into a room with 3 'baddies', and had to reload, i stood in the middle of the room and reloaded whilst none of them hit me, just BAD!!
REALLY [...], the graphics are also terrible and the team all have characters including 2 ladies, all of which provide many cheesy, cringe-worthy lines such as "ok amigo, lets go" which just makes me wanna puke to be honest!!!

This is the Mortal Kombat of Batman games! If you like fighting games and you like Batman this game is for you. There is alot of hand to hand fighting with this one using Batman, Nightwing, Robin, and/or Batgirl.

Great game to get to pad your XBOX collection.

What keeps it from being 5 stars is the time limits in completing missions.
