Great game, does everything that the console Tekken does.
Only thing missing in my opinion is that it starts with all the characters unlocked. There are some things to unlock, but nothing compelling enough to draw you into it.
Would have preferred having more motivation to fight through it more often. Good for a quick fight every now and then. Definitely gotten me through a good number of tube journeys.

When I first saw a trailer demo for this game I thought wow this looks identical to the Colin McCrea games and the cars, tracks etc all appeared very similiar to those in the Colin McCrea series. Upon buying this game I quickly discovered this certainly was not the case.
WRC is a huge disapointment. In the game you can choose between different modes, the main one being Rally mode which puts you head to head against other cars in a series of rally's. The game is very similiar to Colin McCrea yes, but the car handling is terrible and when you crash (which happened to me quite a lot even in novice difficulty mode!)your car seems to steer out of control and takes ages to get back on track which more often than not as a result puts you in last ... Having played the various Wipeout games in the past, this was must buy for me.
And it was great. All the things that make a good Wipeout game were here. The soundtrack is good. The tracks good, the weapons good.
To my mind this the best racing game I've played.
For anyone new to Wipeout, you race your antigravity ship around various tracks. Along the way you can pick various weapons to use to slow your opponents down. Similarly they're doing the same to you.
Once you get bored of the built in tracks - and this takes a while based on the different race types and leagues, there is a host of downloadable content - new tracks, new ships, new music. There is plenty here to keep you playing for a while. ... Read More:

Perhaps the reason this series has a "love it or hate it" reaction with gamers is the fact that the entire series is not a realistic driving simulation (with loads of car customisation etc) and instead it has an arcade feel to it, right down to the steering and drifting.
That said, Ridge Racer PSP is fantastic fun to play as an arcade racer while you're going down to the shops. Cars zoom along the tracks and drift spectacularly around the courses. Drift loads and you get nitro/turbo boosts. Despite all the visual polish I was surprised at the smooth gameplay on the PSP, so I was very impressed. Winning races in the lower, slower leagues opens up new cars, courses and rounds, so the game itself has a very good learning curve for old and newer gamers alike, with easy ... Read More:

I don't know why everyone else likes this. maybe its just me but it is really easy and so it is boring. You can't change the difficulty level. it is very repetitive. if i could give it a 0 star then i would.

Gangs of London is a game which lets you choose to play as one of five gangs and with each one you partake in a number of missions like assualt, sabotage, defend and hijack and more in and around London. This may sound good but in practice many of the levels are quite similar, in most missions you either kill everyone, drive a car to somewhere or drive a car and then kill everyone. One of the main bad points that dogs you through out the game is the control system which is very jerky and impricise due to there only being one analogue stick on the psp. Another problem is the targeting system which just targets whose closest and you can't change targets and when you have a knife you can't target at all and the target button misteriously becomes a block button. The game may also be ... Read More:

Played this game for a while and unlocked some of the stuff.
Have to say its not very fun to play on though, the missions are a relief when theyre over because they are so frustrating. The levels are also very similar, if youre not in a car then youre in a boat, I hear there is a helicopter chase but I doubt Ill play that long to get that far into it. Not the best game Iver ever played, I would go for GTA or Burnout instead as theyre both excellent as apposed to this average game

Firstly, dont bother getting this game if you're after it for the multiplayer. While fun the weapons aren't balanced and it pales in comparison with certain other unspoken masterpieces :P
The single player campaign is where it truly shines. While the gameplay does feel repetetive sometimes it still maintains a healthy level of fun.
As for the scenery... This game is worth buying purely to take in the sights. It's literally breathtaking the first time you see the sun setting over a field full of casually grazing zebra.
And this is one of the first games i've bought in years that i haven't managed to complete within two days. That's a massive bonus in my opinion.
The gameplay is pretty great, the cars feel fun to drive(For the first few hours at least, ... Read More:
