This has to be one of my personal favourite ever first person shooters. I can remember buying ths in either 1997 or 1998 not long after I had completed the truly outstanding DOOM and was hungry for more FPS action and Duke Nukem did very nicely. It plays and looks very similar to DOOM only it is set in a futuristic Los Angeles. But what I personally really loved about Duke Nukem was it's unique and magical sense of humour that sadly I just don't see in that many video games.
From the very first level on a roof of a building and Duke says in a wonderfully deep and sincere voice DAM, THOSE ALIEN B*****DS ARE GONNA PAY FOR SHOOTING UP MY RIDE, I just knew that I was going to love this game about murderous aliens that have taken ... Read More:

Dune 2000 is the first strategy game I've played, and although I had the hardest time understanding the gameplay of a RTS game, it constantly grew on me and I loved it. Right now it stands next to my other favorite RTS, Starcraft and I really can't decide which one I like better. Well, Starcraft is certainly a more complex game, while Dune 2000 is harder. I have finished it now 3 or 4 times and I STILL have a hard time at advanced levels. After the 7th level of each race I keep on saving and loading all the time, so keep in mind that you will too, no matter how much experienced Strategy gamer are.
Some very unique characteristics of Dune 2000 (which I really like) are
1) The fact that you can only build on a land and not ... Read More:
this is the ONLY series where you need to have them all.. the only one im missing now is FF3.. but then i have that for DS sonot toomuch of an issue.. ive even played the online version (FFXi), on PC, xbox AND ps2... . a true legendary game that should be released as often as the football games! brilliant... purely.. BRILLIANT.. you can NEVER get enough of them!! i hope one day they could bring out an english version.. i.e. characters are called Tommy, Dave, Shelly etc.. and have potentially english cities but in a fantasy style. that would be good. but hey.. im not Square.. and they are perfect!
Vagrant Story is a game that completely surprises you when you play it. You don't really expect it to be much of a good game, or to have much of a story, but boy does it win you over. The story and world setting is extremely unique, and not like the 'cloned' worlds and plot of Square's popular Final Fantasy franchise.
STORY---9/10
The game centers around one man, Ashley Riot, a sort of government agent aka riskbreaker(who I might add has the coolest hair ever). He is hot on the tail of a religious fanatic named Sydney Losstarot in an ancient city called Lea Monde. The whole of the game takes place in and under this mysterious city, full of the undead and fantastical creatures. A third party is also involved, a group of knights called ... Read More:
I was 7 when I recieved my Playstation 1 and Spyro 2 was the first game i got. I put it in straight away and began playing it and that was when i realised how brilliant Spyro is. It is the perfet platformer jump, charge and beat bad guys. It may look a childish game but it can actually be very hard in some places. You are Spyro who has recently had to save his dragon elders from the evil Gnasty Gnorc and is on his way to a nice holiday in dragon shores when the people from avalar try to get a dragon to help them defeat the evil wizard Ripto and his minions Crush and Gulp.So using the Professors potal to catch dragons the finally manage to catch one and i wonder who it is.Yes it's Spyro and he then has to save the world all over again. This is a superb game and could ... Read More:

I know, I know; the graphics are terrible, the controls are terrible, the camera angles are terrible, but I can't help to love this game.
I first played this game many moons ago when it was first released. I enjoyed it so much when I rented it a few times, that I decided to buy it. I lost my copy when I moved from home and recently bought it off a seller on here (still sealed!) and I still enjoy it.
I'm 21 now and not ashamed to admit it.
I especially love playing "Hide And Seek". Or should I say, "Hide 'N' Go Peep" (thanks Lil).

Decent RPGs are few and far between – every gamer knows this and Capcom’s release of this game was very welcome, especially in Europe, where the Final Fantasy’s (as welcome as they are) just aren’t enough for some people’s appetites.
This one won’t be for everyone – the story is quite vast and sets itself up relatively quickly which requires the player to keep track of what is going on.
The story goes that a Princess Elena has disappeared thus requiring here sister, Nina, to go and find her. On this journey, she meets Ryu (which means dragon in Japanese), the protagonist, and they set off on their adventure (Ryu tags along because he has lost his memory). While this is happening the other main character, Fou ... Read More:
