What a major disappointment this game has become. pro (up until number 6) was really only 1 of 2 games i used to play. after eagerly waiting for 2008 and hearing the terrible reviews, for the 1st time even i didn't buy the game.

so a year later and the top guys at konami talking about how they have sorted the problems and have made online...........playable, i once again was eagerly waiting for 2009 to drop and guess what...... i was disappointed.

This is no game. Just EA strutting their graphics chops. Avoid at all costs unless you really want to spend good money on a PS3 graphics demo.

First of all, if you're relatively new to the FPS genre or have never picked up a game of that sort, there has never a better time to start, as WaW is here, and heck is it good. Even if you're a long time FPS fan do not worry, as this game will provide you a whole new experience and one you will not forget in the years to come.

This is my general overview on how I rate the game.
Graphics=8/10
Gameplay=10/10
Presentation=9.5/10
Lasting appeal=8.5/10
Sound=9/10

Overall=9/10

Whether you've never experienced FPS action before or you're a die-hard fan, you're sure to find something in this game.

Very excited about the game and chose to order it over call of duty world at war. BIG mistake. The graphics are o.k so happy enough to begin with. but soon enough i began to see it was a one trick pony. Missions are boring and the huge map is rubbish for traveling because of the slow vehicles, bad control of your character and the guard posts(guards are unrealistic and annoying). i do like the idea of guard posts but they need more work. Like if you hide and the guards dont see you, they somehow know where you are. Also when youve driven through the guard post other guards just happen to drive down the road. Or there car (same as what you are driving) just happens to be faster. so the main issues are boring missions and annoying navigation around the map.

Carnival Funfair Games: Mini Golf (Wii)

This game features 9 courses of three holes, each course being themed - wild west, prehistoric, spooky etc. And each course has a trickshot hole (hole in one), and adventure hole, and a challenge hole. Complete all three for par or better and you will be awarded a new putter themed to the course you completed. You can also collect coins which you can spend in the pro shop for themed hats, golf balls etc.

Also hidden on some courses are minigames including ghost shooting, egg collecting and drum beating.

Controls are simple - you aim then waggle the wiimote to increase the power of your shot.

This isn't quite as varied as the original Carnival game, but there is enough variey to ensure many happy hours playing - either solo or with up to three other ... Read More:

This is harsh but I'll explain why. 95% of the time this is the harmless sort of game it appears to be, in tune with its PEGI rating of 3+. BUT in certain circumstances (mainly if your child keeps switching off the game without saving it properly first) a fierce-looking mole appears and starts abusing the player for doing so. Abusing? Well, it repeatedly used the word "punk" in what I can only describe as a two or three minute aggressive rant. Why do they think "punk" is an acceptable way to address young children? Other terms were used as well. This may be OK for older children but my 7-year old was literally shaking afterwards, and even my 9-year old was visibly upset. This game would be great if it worked. A patch has been released but it refuses to install on my machine. My pal also bought the game and he is having even more crashes than me and he managed to install the patch! And its not my machine as its all good kit.

In fact why don't you dig a hole in the garden and put a tenner in there, bury it and then sit on top of it and bash yourself about the head with the shovel, because that is by far more fun than this game.
