My 7 yr old is a big fan of both Pokemon Pearl and Diamond games as well as the previous Ranger Games. I admit to enjoying them too!
This is definitely an improvement on the previous Ranger games - bigger, better, wider range of Pokemon all means more play time and plenty to occupy any pokemon loving gamers.
Some will say that this game is nothing new and just a rehash of previous Ranger games. While they have a point - it has the same game play style and same aims, there is plenty of reasons to purchase this game if you already own the previous ranger ones. I got this game for my daughter last year and we still play it now, There's something quite therapeutic about peeling veg with your stylus, chopping onions etc. There are many things to do and many recipes to unlock. Me and my kids love it.

Quantum of Solace (Xbox 360)

My favourite games on the xbox 360 are HALO, Rainbow Six and Call of Duty 4. Although Quantum is not quite as good as good as these it is still an excellent game and is so much fun to play! The magazines and critics have given this game quite bad reviews, why? If you like fps and enjoy fast paced action games, then you will love this game!

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 (Xbox 360)

This was my first venture into the EXCITING WORLD of Tiger Woods PGA extravaganza and lets just say my friends, it is not the last. What particuarly interested me about this game is the well structured multiplayer. While it is certainly no Mario Party, it breathes a degree of finesse. Unfortuantly a few errors where present, such as the infamous No Face glitch, and the graphics are not perfect, but gameplay wise it was relitively entertaining. I just can't wait till next years golf season

SingStar Singalong with Disney (PS2)

After looking forward to this game since it was mentioned to be released, i brought it as soon as i could, only to be disappointed once i had looked at the songs. It's missing many of the good disney songs, with numerous songs picked being tricky to sing along to and could have been replaced with much better songs! Also in the duets, such as in circle of life, one player is given the monotonous task of singing a single line over and over while the other player gets to sing the whole of the main part! Apart from the odd good disney song, this game has been quite a disappointment. I would suggest spending the money on a more worthwhile singstar game and sing along to a disney cd instead!

I loved this Game, being a fan of India Jones, I really liked the fact that is stays quite true to the original films, & the little film clips after each level are very funny. Graphics are good, and you get to use your stylus and also blow into the mouth piece to inflate rubber dingies! Being a logo man/woman is lots of fun and something everyone should try!

De Blob (Wii)

They are some amazing games on the wii and most of the amazing ones are mario/zelda/metroid types. So it's great to see a third party developer come up with such a quality, individualistic game. It's gorgeous, really bright, colourful and the music is so catchy. It is a major part of the gameplay as each colour is assigned a different musical instrument. The resulting sound is so groovy it could be played in any jazz bar (by the way I hate jazz, but I still LOVE the music!). I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 because I have 2 annoyances with it. The jump mechanism (you have to shake the wii remote) is so dissappointingly unresponsive sometimes (only sometimes mind you) that it is really frustrating, I don't understand people on here saying it is smooth. My brother got this game about a month ago and we couldn't stop playing it!
You have to tackle different levels were you pick up many more characters!
All levels are filled with fun and adventure eg. in one level you have to ride elephants and in another you get to drive cars.
None of the levels are the same and you can always go back and redo a level if you wish!
The controls are easy to figure out and you can always get good tips of the internet if your stuck!:D
