AoE has a sound pedigree & the Conquerors' Expansion is the icing on the cake.
The facility to customise your own camaigns is irresistible & enthralling.
It has excellent graphics & a number of levels on which to play helps prevent early frustration & encourages learning.
This is ideal for both the seasoned game campaigner or the absolute beginner.
Hours of endless escapism - fabulous!

Just to clear this up, there is a skirmish mode on both Battle March and Mark of Chaos and you dont need and internet conection to play against the A.I.
IN Battle March its on the main menu but in Mark of chaos you have to go into multiplayer the Lan game, select a seige or normal map then add A.I. Hope this helps i had Mark of chaos for 6 months before i found multiplayer!
As for the Game review the other reviewer is right, the only thing holding this game back is the length of the loading screens. Other then that the game play and story is excellent and the graphics and sounds are great too, i hope they make another expansion and add sum more races as at the momment there are: Empire,Chaos, High Elfs, Dark elfs, Skaven,Dwarfs ... When i bought this game it was because a mate recomended it. i had no idea it was going to be so good. the storymode is brilliant fun. the only fault, which was quite big, was that the skirmishes seem impossible. Thats what i found anyway.

These kinds of things just make you not want to buy these games.
I wouldn't have if I'd known
Also dynamic ingame advertising - which you can blowup because 'people get pee'd off with the being plastered all over in their game' . They actually said that at E3 2008. So they know very well we don't want them - yet if they can get us to hate them enough to want to destroy them then they've got us looking directly at them to aim at them....
And yet a full price game

This is a serious simulator. I've used the whole history of MS Flight Simulators and each gets better. I've used this one for over 3 years now and still don't tire of it. Limitations yes - the principal one being that you're trying to fly an aircraft through a single window. Realistic yes - though I have to say that flying a real light aircraft in good conditions is actually easier than flying this sim! Add ons available - limitless including many free options. With full scenery optional extras (third party) you can fly over and recognise your own house. Alternatively you can plan and fly around the world in real time and weather. Up to you.
If you are already a real world pilot (as I am) you can use this to brush up on your nav skills. Navaid frequencies ... Read More:

Complexity is toned down a lot from Empire Earth 2 but this game in the series is far too simple, graphics are very low-grade considering the size of the hard-drive used and its development date. The different unit speeches when moving are incredibly cheesy and i had to turn them off on the first map if i was ever going to enjoy this game.
I'm not sure if playing it on Vista caused this problem but when i built walls the enemy were still able to cross through them if they kept trying and also if they set a path to travel pre-wall they could still go through. Also the builders kept getting stuck inside the wall!
There aren't actually many issues with the game other than the capacity in which you can develop your `empire' is very limited due to limited ... Read More:

My friend had first gotten, Zoo Tycoon, then, as soon as it came out, Zoo Tycoon 2. I went over to her house, and played it, at once I was captivated by it, and quickly purchased a copy. The next Christmas, I asked for the Endangered Animal's, and got it.
Soon after, I purchase, Marine Mania, and I love it! The graphics are amazing, the tricks you can teach your animals, are brilliant too!
It is a fantastic game, and a brilliant present, but, please remember, you do need the original game, Zoo Tycoon 2, to run it, so to avoid mega disappointment, purchase this before.
I hope you found this helpful!

I was looking forward with great anticipation to this game and whilst I was slightly disappointed as there are a few let-downs, it can be immensely fun to play.
There are 36 events in total, possibly the greatest number ever featured in an Olympics game, ranging from the good old track and field events such as the 100m and Javelin, to others of a more complicated/difficult nature such as 10m Platform Diving, the Canoe-Kayak-Slalom and Table Tennis.
The graphics are beautifully detailed for the most part, although antialiasing (smoothing to prevent jagged texture edges) seems to have been missed out somewhere along the line. However, that aside, there is a great amount of detail and the animations of the athletes and officials in particular really capture the atmosphere ... Read More:
