There is nothing wrong with the graphics, or the music, nor are there any glitches that made the game unplayable, but none the less I did not enjoy this game as much as I thought I would.
Like all games, it's only really fun for a short time, but this time was very short indeed. It did, however, give me enough enjoyment to make it worth paying the small price of £3, which I do not understand at all, and only 6 months ago I payed about 10 times that price.

This game requires an online activation to work. If you plan on running this game on a non internet computer then you need to download (via a different computer of cause) a 380md patch v1.003 in order to get the manual activation tab. (The game version 1.00 has had this removed dispite what the handbook says) Update the game then enter your code number from the handbook, this gives you a 2nd code go back online, enter this to get your activation code for the game. Then ENJOY. The game is fantastic fun ok the grapics are dated but who cares it's all about gameplay so hire those soldiers mount up & get stuck in.

The Baldur's Gate series are probably the best and most fun games I have ever played. It brought to life - with amazing clarity and thought - the Forgotten Realms world in a way that will keep you coming back for more and more and more. The story is brilliant, the game is infinitely playable (and indeed replayable) and the depth of the game is massive.
The basic premise is that you take a character - a warrior or wizard or priest - on a quest in a fantasy world. There is a main storyline which runs throughout the games, but with many opportunities to get sidetracked to help (or indeed hinder) the characters you run into.
These days, the 45 degree viewpoint may look a little dated, and the graphics are certainly nothing special. ... Read More:
After seeing the G25 about 2 years ago I finally decided to buy it. It is true that it feels of great quality and the smell of real leather is really cool you when you rip open the plastic for the first time. The purpose of this review is to highlight the bad things about it, I was slightly dissapointed when I recieved this, especially because of all the amazing things I have heard about it.
1. The wheel does feel "Notchy" or "Clicky" I have been told that you get used to it and it goes away after a while.
2. The shifter is slightly dissapointing, it is usable but has a "Plasticy" feel to it, at first I was very dissapointed but again you get used to it.
3. Force feedback is slightly unrealistic. This is pretty much the first wheel ... Read More:

This game is great. Not brilliant. You get much better clothing than any other 'Stuff' packs, and if you have open for buisness you can create really jazzy buisnesses with all the H&M stuff. Overall 3/5. It lost 2 marks because it is so much better with Open For Buisness.

These games are so fun!
Bought a few copies for friends and family.
AOE1 is For people who have time, it isn't the quickest of games
and the graphics seem o.k., but this is an old game.
I have played less on AOE1 than AOE2 / AOE2 Conquerors:
AOE2 has quite good graphics, not as good as the new AOE3, but it 'looks' 3D. The campaigns and different scenarios are really fun and good plots.
The scenario editors have lots of options, most of which are shown in the editor - BUT you must know what you are doing - if you can't get your head around the triggers etc. it's difficult to make your own scenario/campaingns.
The gameplay is quite addictive, good ideas and ways of collecting different recources to build with - eg. different maps ... Read More:

I'm a huge fan of Jonathan Boakes and the Dark Fall series, so I was waiting impatiently for this game, and mostly I wasn't disappointed.
Let's get the gripes out of the way first. As other people have said, the ending is a bit of a letdown. Also, Nigel Danvers, the main character, as voiced by Boakes himself, comes across as a pompous prat played by an amateur actor from the planet Pluto. This is odd, because Boakes has done quite good voice acting in his other games and in Matt Clark's Barrow Hill. There are two problems here; one is the eccentric acting, the other is that I think the character is *meant* to be a pompous prat (he wears a tweed cap, for goodness sake) and that makes him harder to identify with.
Another minor problem; the exteriors were photographed ... Read More:

The game is very realistic and I love playing this - I have been looking for a suitable strategy game and this was perfect. I really can not express how good it really is, but I can say that the graphics are amazing and so is the actual history (I know the history of Rome).
