1st off, the one and only negative:- its euro 2008 rather than next seasons fifa 2009. if this is what fifa will be like, then bring it on. Ive waited years to be able to create yourself AND play as yourself in a football game, and it was good to see that euro 2008 expanded on fifa 2008's 'be a pro' by creating 'captain your country'. have only had the game a couple of days, but im hooked already, not only can you personally score the winner in the euro 2008 final, but when you do so, why not celebrate using the new interactive celebrations? do a peter crouch 'robot dance', a jurgen klinsmann dive, thank God by pointing to him, or why not just do the old fashioned alan shearer one hand in the air? missing england in euro 2008? then play this ... Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (Mac)

Anyone that has played C&C before will know the format. Tiberium Wars still stands out as the leader in build your resources and obliterate your opponent. The ability to set the AI of your opponents as Turtles or Aggressive etc adds some longevity to the Skirmish mode of the game. The story line mode does throw in a lot of challenges at the higher difficulty settings.
In short it is a good follow on from the Generals series, no real improvement on the graphics front, but good to be back to the GDI, the NOD and the new Skrin.
Not sure why the other reviewer had some issues, I downloaded the patch for Leopard and the game fired up first time and with no issues.
Marked down as even on a 2.8Ghz 4MB 24inch iMac it can struggle graphics wise ... Read More:

Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne Expansion Pack

The game warcrft 3, while totaly taking over my life left me disappionted at the end, it had built up such a great stroyline and addictive gameplay that when it ended two of the main charcters seemed to be completely forgotten about, which left me feeling somewhat robbed.

Needless to say, that in the frozen throne this was more than made up for. Not only does it conculde the amazing storyline that it created in Warcraft 3, it has upgraded the game.

New charcters have been introduced, as well as new new units and warriors and even a new race the Naga.

Suffice to say that this exansion pack does more than just complement the orginal game, it supasses it.

Making the Frozen Throne a MUST HAVE for any Warcraft fan

Banjo-Kazooie (N64)

If you read the review below you'll see i'm not the only person who still enjoys playing Banjo Kazooie even now nearly 10 years after is release on the N64! What a wonderful master stroke of pure gaming fun from Rare (who at the time were partners with Nintendo).
From the moment the music starts you know you're in for a whole lot of fun! What I really love about BK is the sense of getting 'lost in the game'! Quite often i've still been playing it at 2 in the morning without realising the time and then waking up to the fact that i'm not really flying round Freezezey Peak or dive-bombing snowmen in Click Clock Wood!! Black Controller (N64)

When I got my Nintendo 64 for Christmas in 2000, it was packed with 2 free Gold Controllers, but I also had a Blue Nintendo 64 Controller boxed! Now oddly enough, even though Gold is shiny, bright, sparkling and the controller everybody wanted, I was using the Blue Controller more frequently than any other controller (it is actually more used than the other controllers).

But it wasn't until August 2004, when I got hold of the Black Nintendo 64 Controller, and to tell you the truth, among all 4 controllers, there is no difference whatsoever! So you can have the same joy with those 4-Player games such as Mario Kart 64, Mario Party 2, Super Smash Bros etc!

Tomb Raider III

Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit (PS3)

I love dragonball z and was really excited when I found out about this game, I would say the story is lacking a bit and for people who aren't dbz fans is a bit hard to follow. But I think this game is intended for dbz fans and being one myself I would give this 8 out of 10 as there could be more characters, on the whole I would say this is a good game.

Perfect Dark (N64)

This was a great game and still is for the N64 Similar to Goldeneye 007 but with better graphics and a lot more weapons, levels, multiplayer options and a lot more to explore! This is still fun today and still is among one of the best first person shooters of all time! This is actually betetr than the 360 versin of Perfect Dark Zero, and I urge all you N64 owners that havn't got this to get it or for people to get an old 2nd hand N64 and buy this because you will not put it away for 1 second, its that damn good!

This needs Sims 2 to run, and adds a lot of extra functions and characters. Some officially, others you can get to using cheats. Great fun to be had with vampires, mannequins and creating your own night clubs.
