My brother recently purchased this game for the Gameboy Advance as him & my little sister are fans of the cartoon. The game itself picks up from where the cartoon finishes & this may be cool for some people who like the cartoon although I wasn't much impressed. Rated at a PG the game itself is a bit difficult when you get into it however I managed to complete it within about 5 hours which is hardly worth buying if you want a longer-lasting game. I would probably recommend the Playstation 2 version of the game as it has better graphics & lasts longer that of a handheld. For parents alike that may want to buy this for their kids then go ahead, it would raise a smile but expect to lend a helping-hand when the game gets a bit puzzling. ... Read More:

There are some really great games out there that no one seems to appreiciate, this is one of them. Mario vs Donkey Kong didn't seem to be noticed. even being bundled with a special super mario Game Boy Advance SP wasn't helping, which is a real shame.

The general storyline is that Donkey Kong wants to buy a new "Mini Mario" toy, but when he arrives at the store they are sold out. Donkey Kong then goes ape *ahem* and attempts to steal all the Mini Marios from the toy company.

This challenging puzzler is a great game with heaps of Mario charm, and if you stick with it long enough you're sure to get to the super-hard +Levels. Don't ignore it, buy it!

This classic fighting game still rocks after all these years. The GBA handles this better than my old pc used to. Treat yourself to 2 copies and play with your M8s. ;0))) Don't think twice, this is the grandaddy of all fighting games and Capcom are still knocking out clone variants trying to beat its success. Just buy it and be awestruck!

This game is cahlenging. It requires critical thinking skills and common sense. if you have these skills, this game should be a players choice. If you don't have these skills, that's unfortunate of you.

I am not a big fan of the gameboy as most games have no replayibility once you finish. I prefer racing games on them because the outcome is normally different. However, when I walked into GAME one day with £30 burning a hole in my pocket my eyes rested on LORD OF THE RINGS: RETURN OF THE KING. And, boy, was that a good buy. You play as all of the fellowship and a few secret characters. the game has bosses, which, have special powers. You play through 100's of levels, collecting and upgrading weapon (pro's, the hard hero's are: Legolas, Gandalf and Eowyn) The best bit is that you can upgrade attributes by collecting points by killing enemies. + when you kill enough enemies you go up a "level" which gives you a point to spend on special powers. There are ... Read More:

It always pays to be sceptical of games based on film licenses but SW:NDA seems to have pulled off a bit of a coup. Considering the hardware limitations on the GBA the graphics are awesome, the character animations really flow and the special lightsaber moves look very authentic. Similarly the sounds are all spot-on from the crackle of your lightsaber to the cackling of the Jawas. The game's not perfect though - despite a fairly decent plot (better than the actual plot of EpII??)it's fairly one dimensional - run around chopping up everything you come accross, and despite the accuracy of the sounds it's a shame there weren't more of them - the BattleDroids "Roger, roger!" would have been a great touch.

All in all though I would say this game is ... Read More:

this game is really quite dull,it features about 5 different mini-games throughout the game, which increase in difficulty.there really is no objective and despite the game trying to convey a story, there really isnt one, just long dialogues of the trollz and then a mini games start, really quite painful.if u want a game consisting of mini games then try mario party advance or warioware inc.you really don't want to waste money on this, not even my girl, whos a big fan of trollz, enjoyed this!

Broken Sword

I was dubious about an adventure game on the gameboy. Don't they belong on PC's where you have keyboards and mice and things? obviously not!. This was the start (for me) of a long love affair with the Broken Sword games - until the one on the xbox that made me motion sick (but thats another story!). It works really well on the small screen and kept me absorbed for hours...yes hours not days as sadly it was over much too soon. But it was worth every second. A great little game, nice story, controls work well but sometimes make things a little too easy (on a PC you might have to click around on EVERYTHING on the screen to find the item you can use whereas on the GBA it was a bit easier as there were less items you could interact with). Obviously i am writing ... Read More:
