Off Road (Wii)

Some of the reviews for Off Road are not good, while I think it's good fun. You get to pick a car (a landrover or a ford) and you do time trials to earn points, which you can buy new cars or improve your garage. Then once you think your good enough, you can do a race, which if you come 1st, 2nd or 3rd in, you unlock a race to do time trials on. Also, you unlock cars, but they do get more and more expensive! I am a girl, and even though it's aimed for boys, it's great fun for anyone really! you can use a steering wheel, or your wii remote. I use the wii remote, as suprisingly, it's easier. I would buy this game if your into 4x4's or off roading!

Unsolved Crimes (Nintendo DS)

I am, and always have been a fan of 'point and click' games. The idea of exploring an environment has great appeal to me. Unsolved Crimes is a great example of this genre. If you enjoyed the Phoenix Wright games (and also games like Hotel Dusk:Room 215, Another Code:Two Memories and many others) then this is the game for you.
You are a rookie cop in New York and your first assignment is your 'walkthrough' scenario where you must follow the clues to ascertain which of the three suspects is the killer of your victim. Microsoft Train Simulator (PC CD)

ok, well, let me start off that MSTS has been great, but without these add-ons
(Which btw is the reason why this has survived so Microsoft gotta be grateful for that cus, without the add-ons, microsoft's MSTS is basicly nothing, sorry microsoft, and anyone who reads this review, but basicly without these amazing add-ons which are better than the single product by MSTS, Train Simulator(MS) it wouldnt survive, and heck, i remember seeing it's awful price when it first came out, it was a disgusting price!, and i have it and i dread to think how many people would have wasted their hard earned cash on something so little that never had real good and exciting features, and you know Microsoft always giving up on all their products, thats prolly ... Animal Paradise (Nintendo DS)

i had been thinking if i should or shouldnt get this game for a while, but seeing it in game as a sale item i thought why not. You start at the train station where you are met by a girl, your couson, who then explanes that she is traning with her dad (your uncle) to take photos of animals. Its your job to go out, find the animals, and befriend them. You can pet, feed, bath, groom, play and walk the animals, as they become your friend your couson and uncle take photos. Back in your room you can view the photos, i thought that these would look like the animal i had been playing with but to my surprice pictures of real kittens cats puppies hamsters and loads more cute animals. one of the worst games for psp.

graphics wise it is exxellent
fun wise is good
but it was to short it left u wanting for more but u do a though challenges and its game over your done not worth £20!!!!

International Cricket Captain 2008 (PC CD)

Owned the 2005 version of this game. No problems with installation. If you played the previous versions the screens will be familiar just more detailed and colourful. It's as addictive as it always has been, plays well and looks good, the animations are repeditive but this is a management game if you want better graphics you need Brian Lara or EA Cricket. No probs at all plays great and is very enjoyable.

Flatout: Ultimate Carnage (Xbox 360)

Lets get one thing straight. This game isn't a racing simulation. What it is is bags of fun. The career mode is great fun. Having to smash into things, including other cars is part of the game and you won't get very far if you don't. It really gets dog eat dog as you are as much the victim as the villain. There is carnage mode which is where you are set targets in different events and races and you have to complete them to unlock the next levels. There is also the rag doll mode, which is where this game really comes into it's own. When you crash badly, the driver flies out of windscreen. Here's a game that provides excellent gameplay and fun for hours. Im not going to cover the other reviews,more a take on other things, less mentioned.

It seems that to play a game nowadays, you must install the latest uber cpu and graphics card, this is not the case with FL. The beauty of FL is its able pack a huge punch and still be visually exciting and vibrant with old spec pc's. You can tell they squeezed every ounce on the limited specs thay had to deal with. The audio with doppeler effects, makes you feel your in space, with audio becoming more clear as they approach and dropping off at distance.
