Vagrant Story (PS)

Vagrant Story is a game that completely surprises you when you play it. You don't really expect it to be much of a good game, or to have much of a story, but boy does it win you over. The story and world setting is extremely unique, and not like the 'cloned' worlds and plot of Square's popular Final Fantasy franchise.

STORY---9/10
The game centers around one man, Ashley Riot, a sort of government agent aka riskbreaker(who I might add has the coolest hair ever). He is hot on the tail of a religious fanatic named Sydney Losstarot in an ancient city called Lea Monde. Tokyo Highway Challenge (Dreamcast)

At first I didn't like Tokyo Highway and wished I had saved my money. It was probably because I started in the arcade mode racing driver after driver with nothing happening. It was when I tried Quest mode my whole view switched right around. The game suddenly became fantastic. I had my MR2 fully upgraded and thrashed my opponents all day long. It was shortly after buying the porsche I realised the problem. I completed the game easily with it. Then the only thing that could be done to make me happy was to upgrade it to its full potential. The horror then struck me....after beating all rivals you just can't win decent amounts of money. It's near impossible which makes upgrading your car pure hell. Parasite Eve 2

I believe that in order to even enjoy this game,you must first enjoy survival horror games.

This is more like a resident evil than the first and therefor if you do not like resident evil or any survival horror then you will not like this game.


It's very smiliar to the first one in contolls.

You have limited ammo in this game and when you kill a enemy you can get a limited amount of points to use to learn parasite energy attacks.

I actually believe this might be on par with about resident evil 2 or code veronica x in gameplay and cinematic and sound like.

Crave S-Video Cable (Dreamcast)

If you think scart with the dreamcast is ok, you should get this. This cable gives a far clearer picture than the bog standard scart cable. Also as long as you can get the scart socket adaptor for the end of the cables it works on all scart TV's unlike the RGB scart cables which only work on some.

AeroWings (Dreamcast)

Most have seen the Red Arrows, but have you ever wondered what it would be like to fly in an air show with them? This is not a shooting game, infact you can't fire. This game is about doing an air display in top of the range planes ranging from the Nimrod, to the Mig 29. There's plenty of areas to perfrom,ranging from the open desert, to a small airfield, to the mountains, and then even Tokyo. The game plays great. There's plenty of designs of moves to do from the boton roll, to the loop, and even to perfroming certain shapes. The game is great fun to play, and is one that you'll always switch back to every so often. Ok, sure, there may be hardly any story line, but who needs one when you have a game like this?

I do not play games that much generally, but i saw online videos for this game, thought it looked good and decided to get it. I would have been way too young to get this game when it came out at the time. This is actually a really good game, its about a boy named Rion who is enslaved at a memorial hospital and injected with drugs known as PPEC's (psychic power enhancement chemicals) giving him ,obviously, psychic powers and loses his memory as aresult of the experiments. Tony Hawk's Skateboarding

Pure class is the only way of describing this game.Having played the playststion version I knew that this was good, but with the dreamcasts improved graphics and speed this has got to be one of the best games released on any games console ever. The single player career mode will keep you entertained for a long time, but the 2 player modes will keep you going forever.

this game has the lot, excellent graphics, supreme gameplay and a great multiplayer mode for you and your mates. this game allows up to eight players playing at the same time. a must buy game for all you fast paced racers out there.

Jade Cocoon

Jade cocoon is almost pokemon with more features,(eg merging and your creatures actually changing form over time), even though i now have a ps2 i still play this game teh graphics might be poor (it is a ps1 game) there is so much to do so i have completed this game seceral times
You are a young boy (jade) who is tied down by the traditions of the small village he lives in, jades father was the last 'cocoon master' (he is the one who goes around fighting the evil creatures in the village) but he disapeared before jade was born, and, so becaues the creatures of the forest put a plague on the town jade is appointed the new coccoon master and you take it from there training merging and growing stronger beasts to eventually restore the health and peace of the village.
