I only played a demo of this game a few days ago and that small part of the game was one of the most enjoyments I have got out of a game. If you like fable get this, Why? Because its the same feel as fable. It gives you the same stupid smile that fable give you when you play.

LMA Manager is the best version of LMA I have played, but this should be expected as it is an update.
A first note is that I'm not a fan of Football Manager on the PC, and so am not used to the huge array of stats on offer in that game.
LMA has enough stats to make your gaming fun and informed. The match engine is decent enough to watch, without having to pay too close attention to procedings, and the layout of the game is easily learned and handled.
The one problem with LMA is that there are no stats updates available over Xbox Live. The only update made available was at the end of the transfer window July/August '06. This means that unfortunately all teams are now outdated after a season and a half of ... Read More:

I would treat anything from Codemasters with caution!
I live in the UK and played on the European servers. I bought the game from the shops and did everything above board. I have a standard broadband connection and dont even know how to do anything dodgy with computers!
And so I was playing for several months and then was suddenly banned! Why? Because I had been logging on from multpile IP addresses!!!! This was the very reason they gave me! I queried Codemasters customer services and they repeatedly gave me the same answer without any further explanation! After a while, they just stopped returning my e-mails!
I had lost months worth of playing and money!!! And there was nothing I could do about it and was told nothing more ... Read More:

Pretty weak, vastly overpriced sub-par Crazy Taxi game, just driving around a bit like Crazy Taxi, although the city you drive around is far less interesting and the driving nowhere near as much fun, and instead of carrying passengers, you put out fires etc. by playing mini-games - these barely deserve use of the word "game" - move the wiimote up and down to pump some water onto a bin that's on fire, move it like a handle to turn off a fire-hydrant etc - they are hopelessly simplistic and the controls for them are terrbile, often you fail because the controls simple don't respond to your actions.
You would be getting a far superior game if you picked up a cheap copy of Crazy Taxi or Simpsons Road Rage for the Gamecube.

Great game. Two player option means you can play head to head and the various options (damage, difficulty, weather etc) make this a great game.

Micro Machines V4 seems to take a step back from before.
There's no 8 player mode any more and bugs have crept in that sometimes mean you'll lose races through no fault of your own. On the flip side sometimes the AI is just bizarre and slows to a halt for no reason whatsoever therefore gifting you points. Therefore the single player mode led me from sheer frustration on some levels to a few "what was that all about?" moments on other levels. The single player mode doesn't seem to have a learning curve either, its just pot luck sometimes if you win or lose and that's not good.
However get a few friends round and once again Micro Machines is back on form. There is nothing like having races round some fantastically madcap tracks (ranking many as ... Read More:

People are unfair about the reviews that they give this game. It is a great idea for a game, yeah it has rubbish graphics but hey graphics are not everything.

This game is absolutely awful. Fortunately, I picked it up for only a few pounds, but that still does not excuse the poor control system and terrible coding.
Often the cars get stuck and there are many graphics issues. The sound is not really anything to write home about, the graphics certainly do not push the PSP anywhere like to the limits, and the gameplay is too "bitty".
There are numerous issues with control and general gameplay, as well as having to reset the PSP every 30-60 minutes as the game will crash.

Recently bought a slim line PS2 and got this to have a go at. Stuck it in and started the first mission, haven't gone much further yet. It's awesome. Don't know much about graphics and all the technical stuff but this is well worth buying just for playability. The speed and agility of the planes in the first mission is staggering. It's reallying satisfying to go to burners right up to an enemy flight and blast them with missles from close range. I had one aircraft which didn't bother with evasive actions so just tore through him with the cannon.
Definately worth buying; easy to use controls, speed, agility, explosions and plenty of aircraft to shoot down.
