This game really is very very good. I play alot of games especially driving games and this one has got the longest playability and addictivness i have encountered so far.
So much fun, and for the DS! no less. The famous "Octane Engine" works so well with DS controls making it feel very solid and fast.

The original Sacred was a great game that, although not exactly groundbreaking, it offered many hours of action-cRPG fun. What is more, its publisher had the good sense to price it reasonably from the start and thus fight piracy in the most effective way.
SACRED 2, although enjoys more demanding environmental graphics and spell effects, is just another victim of clueless gaming industry executives. Instead of learning from the history of their own game, they'd rather idiotically jump on the "SecuROM/Limited Activations" bandwagon. After all, if they can hide behind the "everyone is doing it" excuse, who can blame them when the game does poorly?
They are obviously under the illusion that selling at full price a game that is ... Read More:

I've played a few of the shorter campaigns, and found them really enjoyable. Currently playing the Peninsular War, which was a bit dicey for awhile (close to losing very early on - and Madrid has changed hands several times!), but Wellington has just turned up and it looks a bit better... Mind you, I do have a couple of cavils: firstly, that Napoleon's early campaigns in Italy aren't included, and secondly that you don't get a game like AGEOD's American Civil War where you get to fight the whole thing, and decide about your economy etc. However, that said, it's the sort of game on PC that I've been looking for, for a long long time!

This is a very good game its very fun to play if you are into city building and simulation like games. The visuals good as you can also zoom in and look at your metropolis in first person to take in all the details like people walking the streets having conversations or arguments, watch fire crews tackle burning buildings or just look at traffic being bumper to bumper in rush hour.
Its a great game but if you already have the previous version of City Life then it may not be worth getting as thats the real reason for some of the negative reviews it does not have much new content over the previous version you also likeone other reviewer has said going to need a fairly powerful viedo card i tried this game on an Nvidia 7300LE and it was ... This is one of the most dificult games I have played, but somehow although it was well written and the puzzles were in the main logical unlike the previous Sherlock Holmes games I could not relate to the characters. There may be one bug where I was stuck in the Director's office and could not access the map, tried a walkthrough and had done everything, eventually helped by the folk at "gameboomers" with a save file. The only other comment is that some of the hot spots were extreemly dificult to find.
Only 3 stars as I did not enjoy it very much but it certainly made me think and it was a satisfyingly long game.

This is a really really short game but then i was using the spacebar all the time.. the spacebar shows all the hotspots and items on the screen which can eliminate any frustration but at the same time makes the game very easy. The graphics are great, the backdrops are stunning esp later in the game. It is seriously lacking in atmosphere for a game like this and not scary at all but very pretty nontheless. There are a few stupid puzzles like trapping the coachman and a bit too much random combining stuff and a couple of the puzzle puzzles are impossible to do without looking on the net unless maybe if u have a degree in ancient history and symbols. The game has reasonable voice acting and decent sound.
But the ending!?!? This is officially ... Read More:
