Halo 2 obviously did not live up to its hype, with nearly every follower of the halo trilogy deeming it pathetic or even laughable compared to the first Halo. But then again, almost all sequels, prequels whatever are seen as worse then the original, with the exception of the terminator and the godfather and so on. However, its playability is huge, and people continue to play it to this day, a day where Halo 3 is the king of online game-play. I find myself going back to play it, through campaign, on heroic, or legendary if I'm feeling ... progressive. The story may not be brilliant, but there wasn't really a great deal of what exactly the creators could do. Like Alien, the story could easily have been left alone and stood as a classic, where ... The Xbox controller this size is very good size. Its comfortable, its got a good rumble pack and its the best Controller for Xbox except perhaps the Wireless version. The colours and design on this COntroller is also very nice, but the Controller breaks easily. I have 4 Xbox controllers. 1 came with my Xbox and it now has the problem that the Controller things that im pressing the Right Trigger all the time. An annoying problem for games like Halo, Shooting everything accidentely. The other controller thinks im moving the right Joystick thing to the right slightly all the time (not too bad) the other one is fine actually and the last one doesnt work at all really. It keeps on saying (Please Re-Insert Controller and Press Start) ALL THE TIME. Annoying...

this game is brilliant it lets you do nearly anything you want inluding choice of whether you a bisexual homosexual or heterosexual you can also be a transvestite if thats what takes your fancy the good and evil meter is brilliant if you kill lots of villagers then people fear you keep up this lifestyle and youll grow horns and lose your hair help villagers however and do good deeds and you willl be good people will fall in love with you on sight if you fill your good meter then you will get a halo and butterflies will futter around you which is kind of gay but it looks beautiful in the game one problem with the game is that the level of character customization could include choosing gender but i suppose that would not fit in with the game there are so many ... I actually had this when I bought my Xbox from Argos, along with Halo 2,I wouldn't have rushed out to buy it as I find Gran Turismo one of the most stifling games around,You fail the license time and time again as you clipped the verge once to often and end up repeating the same race over and over..I had a VW Beetle in GT3 and could only enter about two races all because I hadn't fulfilled some cretinous criteria which I would never use again.
Forza on the other hand is fantastic,as long as you don't come last you get some credits,Don't feel like attempting a 15 lap race?,let the drivatar do it,hopefully.
Also the opponents aren't like slot cars, they will make mistakes,I've quite often been trailing only to find a pile up on a hairpin bend and you chuckle ... Read More:

this game is everything you could want from a starwars game because:
1.you can fight as EVERYONE! the rebels, wookies, jedi, empire plus more.
2.good variety of personnel classes, snipers, demolitiors, grunts and more
3.plenty of offline play, loads of different single player things to do.
4.good online gaming
5.graphics are not bad either
6.you can do space battles, flying x-wings and all the classics!
7.any vehicle you see, you can drive/use it.
but there are a few bad things:
1.the camera angle can get in the way of things sometimes
2.you will most probably kill more of your own men than the enemy!
3.and three, well, i dont think there is anymore!

This is one of the best FPS games ever. Developers BUNGIE got it spot on with this first game in the trilogy.
You take on the role of John Spartan (Sierra 117) and your mission; Save the Galaxy from distruction! After landing on a strange ring world known as Halo you encounter fierce resistance from an advanced alien civilisation known as the Covenant. You must battle your way through all types of scenarios to stop the Covenant from acheiving their goal of galatic salvation.
The game brings action packed battle sequences, tough difficulty levels, great weapons and second to none gameplay. This game defined the Xbox and will get you hooked like never before. Prepare for battle and don't look back!!
Oh and watch out for the FLOOD. Happy gaming ... Read More:

...even on my 360, it is one of the few old X-Box titles I still dig out along with Half Life 2 and Big Dave's Mighty Ball Bag Challenge.

I own an Xbox. I love my Xbox. I specifically like the fact that it can handle otherwise PC exclusive game like Half life 2 (5/5), star wars knights of the old republic (5/5) and dreamfall (5/5) right up to 2006.
The Xbox has 3 advantages over the PS2;
1) Superior hardware (can play higher-spec games) which most gamers never notice because most games are available on either platform. It also means you have slightly more options with the graphics upsacaling - again this goes unnoticed.
2) The ability to Rip CD's (VERY slowly) and use the soundtracks in SOME games. Very similar to any PC for the last 2 decades.
3) The hard drive allows for faster loading and saving than the PS2 memory cards.

Just recently, I bought an Xbox that came with seven games (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars Battlefront, James Bond: Everything or Nothing and Halo). They were all great games, but the game that really caught my eye was Halo. It was just a standard FPS (First Person Shooter), but there was something about it that was just amazing. Whether it was the great storyline, the great graphics, the great gameplay, I know not, but it was by far the best game I had ever played.
After completing it, I wanted more. Realising that there was a Halo 2 AND a Halo 3, I set out to get No. 2 (I'm getting an Xbox 360 for Christmas along with Halo 3 and GTA4). I started playing it, and remebering that ... Read More:
