Stereo AV Cable (Mega Drive)

Thought I'd do a bit of retro-gaming having invested in a SEGA megadrive 2..(I had one when I was younger and loved it..)..so I saw this item for sale and having read the only review I thought this should be the job for it...Wrong...wrong...WRONG!!!!
When I had everything plugged in and sorted I near fell off my chair when I switched on my old friend 'SEGA M.D.' and saw the sorry excuse of graphics on the screen!!!...Thankfully the system I bought did come with the original RF cable which does mean you have to manually tune into the desired channel for the graphics but this is a one off as you just store it on your TV..but it was a HUGE improvement...To all you retro gamers out there...steer clear of this piece of worthless junk!!!
