I bought this game to play on the Wii after having played Super Mario Galaxy to the bone and getting all 121 stars, which were indeed difficult and stressful to get but not at all compared to Super Mario Sunshine.
The game seems rushed and not well-finished at all. Surely Mario does look much better than the precarious Super Mario 64 design but the game looks like a testing beta version of itself. The graphics aren't great, the music is... just there, and the gameplay ranges from funnily easy to insanely difficult. Plus the cameras are almost manual and only turn by themselves when you're in tight situations, usually making you die.
Okay, lots of people like difficult stuff - as I do - but the difficulty of Mario Sunshine ... Read More:

I was at first, a little wary of this one, the cartoony graphics gave it a childish look, like it was meant mainly for young children, however, this grew on me, and although it takes a while, once you really get into it, its awesome!!! Think Ocarina of time, in the sense that it starts well but pretty slowly, takes a while to get into, and then its just awesome!

Unlike other sonic games which are plain stupid really this is allways been my favorite ive had this game for ages 3 years atleaste and finally writing a review because finally getting the time.
Right this game is exelent because Hero mode you play as Sonic,Tails,Knuckles-Dark Shadow, Rouge, Eggman.
I have completed both stories but enough about all of this time to tell you why it is the 2nd best game ever.
The gameplay as sonic with speed action homing attack bouncing about rocks and knuckles gameplay is searching for 3 piecies of the master emerald which will keep you searching for ages with enimies to destroy on the way with rap music to keep you going on his levels-Tails gameplay is good you play in his plane which tranforms which ... I cannot get over how good this game actually is. Me and a group of friends have been playing this since it came out on multiplayer, and we just refuse to get bored of it, even now one of us has an Xbox 360 and Halo 3, Super Smash Bros finds itself in a gaming day routine everytime, without fail.
The single player is solid; classic mode, adventure mode, all star mode and event matches are just some of the choices on offer, and with so many characters to get used to, there's plenty of life in this game for a single player, but with this just on it's own, the game would be quite unremarkable. The game is designed with Multiplayer in mind, and you have everything you could possibly want at your disposal for it.
The frame rate is continually perfect, ... Read More:

I have been a huge Sega and Sonic fan for many years now, and i think this collection of Sonic's games on the mega drive is a awesome set to have and a real bargain. In the collection you have sonic 1, 2, 3 sonic and knuckles sonic 3D Flickies Island, sonic spinball and Dr Robotnik's mean bean machine. You also have extras like over 100 sonic comix book illustrations and character artwork plus the history of sonic. When i played sonic 1 and 2 on this game it was simply amazing it brought back many memories from my childhood etc so i recommend to any Sega or Sonic fan this superb set for the Gamecube.

This game IS what the gamecube is remembered for! and now it has the chance of a second lease of life from people playing in on the Wii. I have never come across a game like this before. The graphics are fantastic and i love the little touches with the Pikmin noises! although the noise they make as they drown or get burnt by fire is a little heartbreaking!. At times it can be frustrating as you realise you have navigated your way across a tough terrian to find one of the ships parts but havent got enough Pikmin to carry it back! *whoomph* thats the sound of throwing the controller on the floor!. You HAVE to try this game out. Its cute, clever and crazy! you will fall in love with the little Pikmins as they follow you round wide eyed and theres plenty of humour as you go along but ... I have had this for a while and really haven't bothered with it too much, why?
If I had seen past the overhyped reviews I would have seen a game that has, very few save points that have to be traipsed back to time and time again, respawning enemies the minute you leave/re-enter a room, combine this with the lack of save points and it's a nightmare to save your game should you just want to switch it off,the developers obviously thought you wouldn't want to do anything else!
You have to scan everything by changing visors constantly back and forth, why it wasn't passive is beyond me,and you can get lost quite easily as you flitter to and fro doing one of the above.
In it's defense, the controls are very good, the graphics are crisp and solid and it's all very slick but the flaws ... Read More:
This game is actually pretty slick. Its one of those things you can appreciate more the second time around. Sonic Heroes introduces a whole new battle system, switching between; power formation, speed formation, and flight formation.
Lifespan: about 20+ hours gameplay: 9/10 sound track: 9/10 multi player mode: 8/10 overall: 7/10
I think that this i quite a good game and i would recomend it to any sonic fan.

I first bought this game, wanting to have a quick fix for any other games that i might get in the future for gamecube - because i don't have a wii, only a 360, i wanted to be able to play my older games again, and buy more.
Moving on now, when i first played the game, i thought it was absolutely amazing. Everything in the game works, and to a high standards. The thing that will really suprise you is the groundbreaking graphics and even the furr effects. Although it was made in 2002, it is good enough to be imported on the 360, and still hold its own, which is great.
The gameplay is quite fantastic aswell. Once you start playing, it is hard to stop. The game makes a challenge, without it being way too difficult. A gamer like me, not very experienced would find this title ... Read More:

I played F-Zero X for hours on end when it was first released on N64, so when I finally got round to buying it for gamecube, I was instantly taken back. The gameplay is amazing, I love how you have to steer and tilt at the same time, you actually feel like the G's are pushing you back in your seat.
There's also a new story mode where you play as Captain Falcon. It's O.K, but I didn't really bother with it.
The only drawback of this game is that its not very long, and I don't think they should have bothered with the custom cars thing. The multi player is amazing. Wiked game, must buy!!!
