The Xbox controller this size is very good size. Its comfortable, its got a good rumble pack and its the best Controller for Xbox except perhaps the Wireless version. The colours and design on this COntroller is also very nice, but the Controller breaks easily. I have 4 Xbox controllers. 1 came with my Xbox and it now has the problem that the Controller things that im pressing the Right Trigger all the time. An annoying problem for games like Halo, Shooting everything accidentely. The other controller thinks im moving the right Joystick thing to the right slightly all the time (not too bad) the other one is fine actually and the last one doesnt work at all really. I own an Xbox. I love my Xbox. I specifically like the fact that it can handle otherwise PC exclusive game like Half life 2 (5/5), star wars knights of the old republic (5/5) and dreamfall (5/5) right up to 2006.

The Xbox has 3 advantages over the PS2;
1) Superior hardware (can play higher-spec games) which most gamers never notice because most games are available on either platform. It also means you have slightly more options with the graphics upsacaling - again this goes unnoticed.
2) The ability to Rip CD's (VERY slowly) and use the soundtracks in SOME games. Very similar to any PC for the last 2 decades.
3) The hard drive allows for faster loading and saving than the PS2 memory cards.

the new Xbox action replay is awesome! for my birthday last week i got an Xbox! I only had ONE game and it sucked (golf game)! but with my Xbox and sucky game i got the action replay! at first i didn't get it, but all my freinds had it tooo! now my freinds could send me THIERsaved games on my computer. i still only have only one game, a crappy golf game, but also have the action replay with all cheats and now i play my friends games without even having to get the game! action replay is a CHEEP way to have awsome Xbox fun (that is if your friends have action replay too)!

I think the reason this item has a poor rating compared to other peripherals is that people are buying it to use with an unmodified XBOX which has a DVD lockout as standard. Even when buying this kit, your XBOX is locked to the region it was made for and this is completely unsatisfactory. I haven't even bothered to use the stock software that plugging in the infrared device to port 4 unlocks.

I bought the remote and wireless adaptor because I use XBMC and it has region-free DVD support, plus my XBOX has a large harddrive filled with good-quality copies of the movies and shows I have bought in the past. Contrary to the Amazon assessment the remote actually has a decent reception range and angle, only failing to work if many objects obstruct its path. ... Read More:

good looking product smooth fit around hands but intially had a few teething problems getting it to connect tried sevral different ways either by resetting the main receiver and turning off the controller but still taking to long to connect finally the best solution is to start from scratch each time, by unplugging the reciever and then turning on the controller i found it connects in 10 - 15 secs and stays on, have used it playing t woods and is very good now.
so over all worth buying just a bit tricky to get it going

Datel 360 Xport -Docking Station (Xbox 360)

My 120 GB HDD is unusable now that I tried restoring the info I backed from my 20GB HDD into it.

There is apparently a security code in each HDD that prevents you from transferring data in this way. If you over-write this security code with another HDD data it will make your Microsoft warranty void and thus deem your HDD useless as it will not be recognised by your xbox 360.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT TO TRANSFER DATA BETWEEN XBOX 360 HARD DISKS.

So this device is strictly for back up... if your xbox 360 hard disk screws up and dies out, your backed info will be useless. Which kind of defeats the whole purpose of this product. Just don't buy it.

this is the best controller i have ever used. i have a ps2 but can only play oit for a short time because it gives me a RSI in my hand. AND GAMECUBE CONTROLLERS are A BIT BETTER IN THAT THY ARE SMALL AND EASY TO REACH ALL THE BUTTONS, AND I LEFT CAPS LOCK ON. thats better any way the original xbox controllers are better made and are a lot stronger. i am a very angry gamer and most of my controllers tend to hit the wall/floor. but still this controller is living and working really well i love it. thank you for your time

This is a great product. The picture is so much clearer thean the standard composite cables you get with the xbox. I could never go back to those now. Must buy.

When looking for an additional pad to go with my XBox this controller certainly caught my eye.
Not only does it look good, due to its semi-transparent green casing, but I also knew from using the black S Pad that I already owned that it's wonderful to use; so wonderful that I wasn't about to be swayed by the multitude of much cheaper, unlicenced alternatives on the market.
It fits in your hand so well and is so much nicer to use than the Playstation controller, especially, if like me, you have large hands, and the layout of the controls is superb (just wait till you blow away a Covenant Elite in Halo using the right trigger), although if you're playing something that requires frequent use of the black and white buttons it can be a little tricky.

The xbox the best console you can get. I know the xbox 360 is out but for some strange reason i like the this xbox a lot better. you better get the xbox otherwise you will be missing out on the best console in the world!
