I had heard that this console did more than just play games and Im happy to say it does.

It doesnt come with any games so spent the first few days playing with all the options.

You can...

1) Download game demos from PS3 web site, so if your not that into games you can try out loads without the need to ever but any.

2) It has an internet browser built in so you can use it on your TV to browse the internet, tweaking the settings you can get wide screen browser which looks great on a large LCD tv. Note though it is not a full browser - you cant download plugins such as realplayer so you cant use it to watch bbc programs.

This cable is great, it may not be the most expensive on the market and it may not have the designer name that some of the other cables have, but I have to be honest I really couldn't tell the difference! I know you see all the stats and the product description tells you how much better the 50 pound cable will be but to the naked I it will make such little difference its unbelievable. If you have a reasonable HDTV you shouldn't have any worry at all. If you don't which incidentally I dont (I have a 350 pound Hanspree 37") you probably wont notice the difference anyway. In my house we have my CHEAP TV with my CHEAP cable and my dad has a 2000 pound SONY with a very expensive cable. We played alongside each other a couple of times to see the difference ... I bought an extra controller for my ps3 about a week after I bought my ps3, I decided it would be worth having to make the ps3 more useful and I was really really right.

These controllers are absolutely one hundred percent brilliant in every way. There so light, the charge lasts what seems like forever and their so easy to use. The new system for the front buttons on these controllers is great, it makes them easier to control and much better for light use. The analog buttons are as great if not greater than they were on the old controllers, they feel natural and comfortable in your hand.

Terriffic item for winning over non-gamers to your purchase of the PS3. Far less fiddly than using the sixaxis, far more intuitive too.
It may not work "straight out of the box", but the pairing process takes only a few seconds, and you only do it once!
It may not control the TV volume, but most of us watch BluRay films in 5:1, so I need my cinema amp control anyway - no biggie, particularly if you are grown-up enough to get the volume right within 10 mins of starting the film.
Best of all, unlike the sisaxis, it isn't switched on & off itself, it just works when you need it, every time.

Buy it, love it.

This dock allows me to store and charge both controllers. I sit it behind my console so it's out the way and the lights don't bother me (You can switch them off there's a button as other's have said) Keeps both of the controlers nice and safe unlike my old PS2's which seemed to leave cables everywere. worth the money.

Starters, yes they are using their same design to the Dual shock 2 and Dual shock and it is a trade mark of Playstation. Old? Yes. Broken? No, theres nothing broken about the controller, sure there are room of improvements as with all of them - The analogue sticks need to be more robust is the biggest improvement they can do i think, which i think they have improved a bit with Dualshock 3. And the other thing would be to make the constroller more rounded and maybe slightly bigger for adult hands size i think. Maybe also bring the design into the 21st century just make the buttons have that glassy effect like the PSP, Xbox 360 controllers, pretty easy to do. Read the other reviews and thought spot on what I want and it turned out so. This stand looks very nice and holds the PS3 very well and feels solid. The lights give off a pleasing blue glow which you can turn off if you wish, nice and simple bit of kit worth it after spending so much on the system.

I'm sure this headset is fine, but if you already have a phone blue tooth headset don't bother buying this. Your phone one works equally as well ad the setup is just the same

I bought this camera a few weeks ago and it's great! I bought three games from PSN and they are great fun with the camera. When you wave your arms infront of it the camera picks it up so well, even the tiny movements. And lets not forget the built in microphone. I use it for online play and it works fine, if you have this you do not need a headset as the mic is great. The software you get bundled with it is also a great piece of kit. 5 STARS

If you want to get the best out of your driving games then you should seriously consider this wheel. It is very easy to set up, particularly with the PS3, and the build quality is very good. Feedback from the wheel is true to life with every bump, kerb, and barrier felt that will improve your gaming experience that bit more. Works with GT5 Prologue, Dirt and Burnout Paradise and I'm sure will work with the new Codemaster game Racedriver:Grid out this summer. All in all a worthwhile product and makes driving games a lot easier compared to using the plain old controller. Recommended.
