PSP Slim and Lite (Black)

The PSP 2000, commonly known as the PSP Slim and Lite is a great console. When I first go my PSP out of the box I was stunned how light it was. I have never had a PSP before but even so I was amazed by it's lightness. The Wifi was easy to set up and works brilliantly. I have not yet tried out music yet but listening to the sounds from my games,it is top notch.

I have only bought one game so far and that is Fifa 08 which is good. The problem with the PSP is that there is obviously no multiplayer option apart from online play. However the PSP makes up for this by being a handheld.I plan to buy Call of Duty 3 and some other games aswell.

Thanks to the tool battery, I got custom firmware install on psp which has just made it better by an order of magnetude imo. Now i can play the classics like ff8 on it whilst on the move which has too me made it a lot more valuable than a official firmware psp.Only one fault with mine was that i had to hold it in the battery slot because the cover wouldnt fit and it would fall out if not pressed in.

This is one of the most useful tools needed for PSP. It does what it should do as described. It will give you the ability to install customs in your PSP without making any damages with your PSP regular battery. It can not be used as a power source for the PSP, but only to boot the PSP in the setup mode (requires knowledge of creating a "magic memory stick" where the custom firmware is installed in the memory - try search on the net for this part).
I used it for my both PSP Slims system and both are working perfectly. I really recommend this product for all PSP users.

This is by far the best protection that you can currently get for your PSP slim on the market. When the PSP came out it was the Logitech PlayGear Pocket PSP Protective Case that ruled as the best protection for your PSP. And many of its fans have even created a petition asking Logitech to create one for the PSP slim due to the last ones success.

While I myself have not tried nor tested the previous case (as I never had the original and more bulky PSP) I can see that it is in fact a worthy case, but I believe this one is certainly worth that much praise and more.

While it might be a bit on the exspensive side, once I got the case it became clear that I had certainly gotten my money's worth. Alright so I haven't actually tested ... Read More:

this is a very good pack. the case is very sturdy and will protect ur PSP slim. the case also has a pouch that u can put headphones in and stuff but UMDS dont fit. the screen protector is good, if u dont get air bubbles!! it takes time to get it right!! u can also wash it and it will retain its stickyness. the strap that u put round ur wrist is a good length and u can detach it at the end of the plastic piping instead of taking the hole thing off!! i found that useful because you dont want to use it all the time!! i store the detach end in the case pocuh!! the car charger is useful and does the job!! headphones good no one else can hear the sound coming out off them which is good for car journeys and in the house. the screen cleaner is good but dont use it ... Works great for using skype on the slim and lite PSP.

The headphones are of a solid build, having travelled with me around Europe in my bag and surviving. The audio quality is good, and the remote control that comes with it (attached to the cable that plugs into the psp itself) works well and comes in handy.

Speech seems to be picked up well too, I've not had any complaints from the people on the other end of the line.

My only complaint is the price, which isn't too bad considering you get the headphones and the remote control, but it could be cheaper.

4Gamers Gamexpert UMD Carry Case (PSP)

This case has slots for 5 UMD's and when zipped up, is quite a compact case; slightly larger than 5 UMD's stacked on top of each other. The cover of the case is a firm plastic and feels like it would protect your discs if you dropped it. The zip works fine and is snug, and would stop anything dropping into the case. It also comes with a big metal belt hook which is not shown in the picture above.

However, the two memory stick slots are a little difficult to get to, and I did think that I might snap one if I tried to yank it out too hard.

Nonetheless, the whole package is really compact and is great for throwing into your back-pack and is great for what I want it for, so 4 stars (losing one for the tight memory stick slot).
