My son, who is 4 1/2, got this for Christmas and is still enjoying playing it occasionally (June) - he begged to play it every day for the first few weeks, which must say something for its child-pleasing durability.

The game involves firstly crossing a busy road while avoiding oncoming cars/hazardous objects - quite fast paced & requires the player to get the concept of looking down on the characters (I had to help him with this until he got the hang of it - I must admit to enjoying it too!).

Other games along the way include pressing buttons to time Buzz jumping

My son, aged 3 loves this game. It's his favourite out of all his vsmile games.
It's challenging enough for him but yet still manageable. The game where you have to match the pieces of wall to the shapes is his favourite and it's great for his problem solving skills.

I'm afraid that I cant agree with the other review of this product. My daughter has played with this once and has never picked it up again. Parts of the game do not respond properly leaving her frustrated. I accept that this may be a fault with just our game but even those games that do work as they are supposed to are too simple to keep even a 4 year olds attention. (Also the alphabet is in capitals, which doesnt help youngsters following the foundation guidelines.)

VTech Kidizoom Camera Case

We bought the Kidizoom Camera for my son's 4th birthday and bought the case to go with it. We don't like the single shoulder strap, a rucksack type arrangement would be more appropriate, but my son loves putting it diagonally on over his head and one shoulder which negates the problem of it sliding down his arm.

It's big enough for the camera, the leads and other bits and pieces. It's also reasonably well padded to shield the camera from some of the worst knocks that it might get.

Overall, we like this case and recommend it to anyone who has purchased the kidizoom camera.

VTech Bob the Builder Talking Telephone

Bought this for my little Bob fan over a year ago and it's still played with! It's been everywhere with us and has been dropped and bashed about on numerous occassions and still working perfectly. It's great on batteries and has three functions which help build IQ:
Can you learn it? - It asks questions like 'where is dizzy?' and when the correct button is pressed it says 'fantasitc!', or 'whoops try again!' if you get it wrong.
Can you follow it? - Simple following the button game as they light up, testing memory skills and getting harder each time you get it right.
Who says what? - As it sounds, press the correct button to the voice.
This is a must for any Bob fan, really durable and great fun.

My mum bought this for my son's 4th birthday and it has not been put down! He loves it, it is simple to use and he can do most of the games alone. He is learning and having fun at the same time. It is small enough to take in the car and on holiday (which we will be doing) The mouse is easy to use and it is a good introduction to computers for pre-schoolers. The only thing I can find that is a problem is that it doesn't use phonics which is what the children are being taught at school.

This is a super toy with flashing lights, ring tones, engaged tones, dialing tones, different voices saying hello just like an actual phone. It is educational with numbers shapes and colours, asking the child to press certain keys. My 8 month old has road tested it and thinks it is wonderful.
