This product says it is suitable for 3 years and up. My son is 3 and can turn the dials on the back of the clock to alter the times, making the product useless!!!! The dials should be changed so that they can only be turned using a screwdriver, then this would be a fantastic product.

This was a Birthday present for my 4 year old. Firstly it caused big fights between my 4 year old and 3 year old as they were both so desperate to play with it.

The track is really good with an inner and outer oval controlled by a set of points you operate manually. The inner oval has a suspension bridge, which although initially fiddly to build the first time, is easy once you get a bit of practice. It comes with a station and a few trees and a small tunnel. There is a section of track where they can stop the train at the section, which proved a big hit.

I agree with the previous reviewer. These trains are not as well made or as durable as the ones which were made by Brio. I too am on the lookout for the few Thomas characters made by Brio we don't have.
