A very amusing indoor toy for anyone who likes gadgetry. Computer gamers may grasp the delicate controls easier than people who've never used joypads before but it isn't rocket science. It does drift and plenty of room is advised, like in a hall/community centre/etc because it reaches a brilliant height to play around with.

Fly it with as little hazards (furniture/ornaments) around as possible as it's tendancy to sometimes drift and delicate controls will cause crashes. If it does crash, LET GO IMMEDIATELY of the controls so as not to damage the rotors!!

Once you get the hang of it, the Bladerunner II is good fun to use and you can be really clever and practice landing on things.

Scalextric Mighty Mini's Set

I found the set pretty durable. How much time the cars spend on track is down to your skill and co-ordination.

I think you have to accept that eventually cars will break but they are reasonably durable and the set has had a fair bit of use. I am still on the original cars but one has the top held on with a bit of tape. You can by replacement cars so do not panic.

My 4 year old is pretty good with it and we have had a lot of fun.

When it does decide to respond to the controller it barely moves, can just about handle carpet and can only move backwards and forwards extremely slowly. A great disappointment and a complete and utter waste of money.

Silverlit RC X-Twin Sports-Flyer Plane

Bought one to help amuse my grandkids during summer hols. It has crashed into goodness knows how many hawthorn bushes, been shot at with bb guns, nose-dived into ground and is still going strong. Battery lasts for ages. We have difficulty controlling it in flight but thats all part of the fun, not one for aerodynamics. A guy has put up an excellent review of this am going to now follow his good advise and try to guide it where we want it to go. Great value and fun.
